excellent service, but its a bit old and the environment around the hotel is messy & dirty. Only 5 mins walk to train station and 10 mins to the eatery/restaurant area.

This is a calm oasis in the middle of bustling Napoli. Easy walk to the train station (all streets are cobblestone and roller bags are a pain) and the cultural sites. The staff were excellent in getting me where I needed to go-even last minute. The roof top terrace where breakfast is on one side and a quiet place for an evening drink and snack on the other is a highlight. The room is clean and spacious.

O Hotel era ótimo e bem localizado, café incrível. Tem uma certa bagunça nas ruas perto dele mas acho que isso é meio Nápoles inteira. Mas o hotel atendeu bem minhas expectativas.

Hôtel bien situé pour visiter le centre historique et près de la gare ferroviaire. Le personnel est disponible et accueillant. La chambre et la salle de bain étaient très bien, bonne literie, les petits déjeuners corrects.

Really great hotel, the location is 5 min from the old town and you get good value for your money

Wifi issue during all our stay but seems to be an external problem Otherwise I recommend the hotel for staying

Clean, big enough room with shampoo and soap provided. The staff was very friendly. It could be upgraded a bit, but that Naples, I guess.

Hotel is in a scary part of town. Close to the train station but scary area. We were afraid to leave the room. Lobby was beautiful but room was just okay. Dirty furniture and the toilet and sink were literally in the bedroom. Very odd set up for a room

Ett utmärkt hotell, centralt belägen. Rummet var trivsamt och välstädat. Vi möttes av en vänlig person som tog emot oss när vi kom. Frukosten var också jättebra. Hotellets läge är utmärkt oberoende om du kommer med tåg, eller med flyg. Från tågstationen endast ca 5 minuters promenad, och från flygplatsen ca 20 minuter med taxi. Enda negativa var att WiFi inte fungerade, trots otaliga försök...

We enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel was convenient for the station and elsewhere but down a quaint side street. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Better breakfast eggs would be nice.

Hotel itself is great. Clean rooms, great breakfast, and friendly staff. Elevator was having a few issues. Location was close to the train station but a good walk to most touristy things. Streets are a little dark at night so be aware of surroundings but likely not a concern in busy season.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and courteous. We would stay there again

Water leaking shower boots and electric sparks on hair dryer and no tissues and no water. Even shower boots did not properly closed
