excellent service, but its a bit old and the environment around the hotel is messy & dirty. Only 5 mins walk to train station and 10 mins to the eatery/restaurant area.

Ett utmärkt hotell, centralt belägen. Rummet var trivsamt och välstädat. Vi möttes av en vänlig person som tog emot oss när vi kom. Frukosten var också jättebra. Hotellets läge är utmärkt oberoende om du kommer med tåg, eller med flyg. Från tågstationen endast ca 5 minuters promenad, och från flygplatsen ca 20 minuter med taxi. Enda negativa var att WiFi inte fungerade, trots otaliga försök...

We enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel was convenient for the station and elsewhere but down a quaint side street. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Better breakfast eggs would be nice.

Hotel itself is great. Clean rooms, great breakfast, and friendly staff. Elevator was having a few issues. Location was close to the train station but a good walk to most touristy things. Streets are a little dark at night so be aware of surroundings but likely not a concern in busy season.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and courteous. We would stay there again

Water leaking shower boots and electric sparks on hair dryer and no tissues and no water. Even shower boots did not properly closed

Muy buena atención y todo muy bueno

Breakfast wasn’t good quality most of the food offered are pastries. The shower and the toilet are inside the room tucked into the corners just next to the bed. so using them when the partner is sleeping was almost impossible. The rooms were clean and the staff was wonderful

The hotel was perfectly situated for the train to Herculaneum and Pompeii but also near the metro and within walking distance of everything in the historic centre. Despite that, it was very quiet too!

Personnel vraiment gentil et polie

I was treated with so much kindness as I was welcome very early before my checking and Enzo at the front desk accommodate me so I could get my room ready very informative a super nice gentleman as well as the rest of the hotel employees The Night Shift front desk excellent as well. The hotel is in a fantastic area nothing but positive remarks about this hotel which the employees go about and beyond to make you feel welcome and care for congratulations on this. Blessings

Overbooked Had to go to another hotel

We booked our room six months in advance, received a confirmation email, and even got a message just two days before arrival stating the hotel was “expecting us.” But upon arrival, we were told: “Sorry, we’re overbooked.” That was it. We arrived in Naples, exhausted, with a two-year-old child and all our luggage only to be left stranded with no room, no support, and no solution. My wife was in tears, panicking, as we were left to walk around a foreign city with a toddler and nowhere to go. It was chaotic, stressful, and deeply upsetting. This wasn’t just poor service it was a complete failure of basic professionalism and human decency. We will never book with this hotel again, and we will absolutely never use your platform as a third-party booking service. This was supposed to be the start of a special trip instead, it turned into a nightmare of mismanagement, emotional distress, and total disregard for our reservation. Booking in March and being turned away in September is unacceptable. Confirmations mean nothing if you don’t honor them. Shameful.
