Muy buena atención y todo muy bueno

Breakfast wasn’t good quality most of the food offered are pastries. The shower and the toilet are inside the room tucked into the corners just next to the bed. so using them when the partner is sleeping was almost impossible. The rooms were clean and the staff was wonderful

The hotel was perfectly situated for the train to Herculaneum and Pompeii but also near the metro and within walking distance of everything in the historic centre. Despite that, it was very quiet too!

I was treated with so much kindness as I was welcome very early before my checking and Enzo at the front desk accommodate me so I could get my room ready very informative a super nice gentleman as well as the rest of the hotel employees The Night Shift front desk excellent as well. The hotel is in a fantastic area nothing but positive remarks about this hotel which the employees go about and beyond to make you feel welcome and care for congratulations on this. Blessings

Overbooked Had to go to another hotel

We booked our room six months in advance, received a confirmation email, and even got a message just two days before arrival stating the hotel was “expecting us.” But upon arrival, we were told: “Sorry, we’re overbooked.” That was it. We arrived in Naples, exhausted, with a two-year-old child and all our luggage only to be left stranded with no room, no support, and no solution. My wife was in tears, panicking, as we were left to walk around a foreign city with a toddler and nowhere to go. It was chaotic, stressful, and deeply upsetting. This wasn’t just poor service it was a complete failure of basic professionalism and human decency. We will never book with this hotel again, and we will absolutely never use your platform as a third-party booking service. This was supposed to be the start of a special trip instead, it turned into a nightmare of mismanagement, emotional distress, and total disregard for our reservation. Booking in March and being turned away in September is unacceptable. Confirmations mean nothing if you don’t honor them. Shameful.

Property location was very bad & amenities were basic . It’s not a 4 star hotel & def not family friendly .

Hotel is immaculately clean. All the staff were very nice and front desk super helpful. We loved Enzo at the front desk but truly all the staff was helpful and very pleasant. Walkable to train and bus. Safe but you are in a city so I wouldn't walk around by myself after 9. Good breakfast and can eat on the rooftop. Can also have a drink on the rooftop in the evening.

Good place for a stay in Naples, close to the train station and old town. Close to the main streets so easy to safely navigate.

Excellent Hotel and service

The hotel is beautiful, very welcoming and the breakfast is wonderful. Bedrooms are clean, good sized and quiet. The area around the hotel is dirty and overcrowded, but there are some good places within walking distance.

Vi blev modtaget af personalet på en usædvanlig positiv måde, hvor det var tydeligt at service kom fra hjertet og som noget naturligt. Beliggenhed tæt på Stazione Centrale går det enkelt at fortsætte rejsen til andre dele af Italien
