Parts of the property were under renovation whilst we were there yet everything was still perfectly maintained and the Reno’s weren’t an issue for guests. Great parking available too which was fantastic

Hotel was clean, front desk staff excellent, beds were comfortable.

Very quick and easy check in and out. Bar was good and food was delicious.

Stayed here for one night. The hotel is going through a renovation but it’s almost complete. Very nice upgrades and clean/modern touches.

Staff very friendly. Very efficient and helpful. Breakfast was a bit confusing as the food was in a different area than the dining area. Also there could be more of a selection for breakfast. Otherwise a very pleasant experience!

Where do I start!! My husband and I stayed two nights in Da Vinci's hotel during the Derry jazz festival. Before check in we had lunch in the bar which was very tasty, but trying to get drinks at the bar was almost impossible, lots of times both myself and my husband were ignored while others around us were served. They were obviously serving locals known by the staff. We eventually left and went into town. Then we opted for breakfast in our room on our last morning. We left out the card with our order before we went to bed . The next morning we waited for breakfast which didn't arrive, we looked and the card was still on the door handle. I phoned reception 3 times and was told someone was on their way up to sort it out. Never happened so I eventually phoned down and said forget it, there was absolutely no apology from the receptionist. 10 mins later the manager rang and apologised saying they had walked the floor 4 times during the night and didn't see our card , suggested maybe another guest moved it🤔 then how was it still on our door handle? At checkout I asked for a refund for the two breakfasts and was told they were complimentary so no refund. The whole experience at Da Vinci's showed us the staff couldn't care less about customer care. Do not recommend this hotel.

Nettes Personal. Während unseres Aufenthaltes im Mai 2025 wurde gerade der Eingangsbereich umgebaut. Wir waren tagsüber unterwegs, so daß man nur morgens beim Frühstück die fleissigen Handwerker hört. Der Pub ist im Original noch viel besser als auf den Bildern. Kostenlose (öffentliche) Parkplätze vor der Tür. Uns hat es gefallen

Breakfast was dissapointing, some of the fruit was mouldy and poached eggs on both days rock hard.

We were advised that some refurbishment works were happening in the restaurant on our arrival but where told this wouldnt affect us as we were in the opposite side of the hotel. We soon found out early the next morning that this wasnt the case, woken by constant pneumatic drilling that sounded like it was coming through the wall.... on inspection it was..... as it was the bedroom right next door to us that they where drilling in. We went for breakfast, tired, waited for over 10 minutes for someone to arrive to seat us. Then when we were finally seated, our order was taken and left with the kitchen. No-one came to the kitchen to even start to cook the food for another 15 minutes. I asked for sausage, soda and bacon. I got 2 sausages, the tiniest piece of soda bread Ive ever seen and two very small pieces of what I can only describe as fat (which should have been the bacon - it looked think the actual bacon had been removed! Anyway after staying here once before in the past and coming back to have a relaxing stay, it was awful. There are some nice hotels to stay in Derry, I certainly couldn't recommend this one.

Photos of room that were advertised when booking did not match what was provided. Room dated and extremely dark. Clearly given a room that hadn't been updated however paid just as much. Breakfast and staff good.
