Forgot Citizen watch in the room and did not get it back. Staff contacted mentioned housekeeping did not report any :(

Staff especially Electra on reception who was charming and smart with lots of tips. Room was lovely, breakfast generous and a useful bar. Great VF£ and close to the underground station.

Very nice hotel, lovely staff.

There was an issue with the toilet cistern which I reported the first day but was never addressed, in fairness they did offer a room switch but after working all day it was not what I really wanted, could have been fixed easily.

Reception staff were super helpful

It is my favorite hotel in London. It’s necessary about Refrigerator & slippers. I think that location is good. It means where the neighborhood is very calm. I would like to stay next time.

Nice , clean & all staff are friendly. And I have free exit ticket for my car.

The room was freezing! We increased the air con but even in the morning we were cold. Really spooked our stay on Christmas Day☹️
