Although the room has no bottle water and coffee/tea, there are plenty of those in the common room next to reception.

Excellent location for city visit, very nice breakfast and staff is helpful! Hotel is small but decent design and organized.

我們於2/28及3/1入住，Check in 時發現櫃檯正在整修，噪音非常非常大聲 (跟櫃台接待人員講話都要頭靠頭才能聽到)，當時我有立即提出噪音的擔憂，櫃檯人員還安撫說沒有這個問題，可以放心。但入房後發現房間被安排在噪音源的上層(二樓211號房)，這是一間完全無法隔絕噪音的房間，根本無法好好休息，所幸在反應後一個小時，飯店就幫我們進行換房。整體而言，雖然飯店地理位置優越，交通方便，櫃檯人員親切，房間也很乾淨，但入房後無法立即休息，無法拆卸行李，只能呆呆在房間等待櫃檯的換房確認，著實浪費旅行時間。因為櫃檯整修，飯店應當將噪音源附近的房型都不要出租，避免造成房客的困擾才是，建議改進。

Good place with reasonable price,near city centre and many places to go and eat , but the room a bit tiny

地點很方便，價格實在，尤其早餐熱時，熟食，當地Taps,東西很多，每天都期待早餐，當然跟台灣沒得比，不過覺得很棒了。房間雖說小ㄧ點，但很乾淨。還有免費腳踏車可以騎，太棒！

Hotel 的服務人員親切，一進來有陣陣的他們HOTEL專屬銷售香水味，清淡舒服＆怡神，LOBBY有免費的咖啡/果汁/水可以喝。房間裡面佈置很簡單乾淨，電視機小了點。浴室內洗澡多工功能淋浴很不錯。餐廳在五樓，透明天頂玻璃與可以看到窗外的街景，視覺非常不錯，在此用餐很安靜輕鬆，早餐的餐點也非常豐富不錯，膠囊式NESPRESSO COFFEE有不同口味讓人選擇非常棒 ，食物也很好吃。麵包很好吃外酥內軟，優格也很多口味，也有豆漿哦。總之值得再次入住的好地方。

i order on line for 2nights 4 rooms.it is unclearable to me because the rooms are really small 202 and 402.i even hard to open my bagage.i pay 85 euro per room for one night.anyway it is closed to the puerta de sol.

Café da manhã absurdamente maravilhoso. Muitas opções. Quarto confortável e limpo. Melhor chuveiro que já vi na vida.

Staff were amazing, we had a trouble with our luggage, and the 3 of them so helpful and caring. Breakfast great and hotel incredible centric, main point of interest at 15 min distance, loved our stay in the hotel. Recommend

Habitación de 3x3 sucia, malos olores, no hay donde acomodar las maletas, un pequeño guardarropas feo, se siente la bulla de todo, parece un hotel de 1 estrella demasiado malo y además de que cobran como hotel de lujo, pague 4 noches y solo me quedé 2 noches por que no soporte la suciedad y la incomodidad, perdí la estadía de 2 noches a más de 200 euros la noche, pésimo de lo más pesimo

Tenía detallitos pero cumplía perfecto con todo era amplia la regadera y baño grandes que es un plus y súper limpio el personal muy amable y siempre dispuesto
