Good location and free coffee & tea in the lobby

Although the room has no bottle water and coffee/tea, there are plenty of those in the common room next to reception.

Excellent location for city visit, very nice breakfast and staff is helpful! Hotel is small but decent design and organized.

我們於2/28及3/1入住，Check in 時發現櫃檯正在整修，噪音非常非常大聲 (跟櫃台接待人員講話都要頭靠頭才能聽到)，當時我有立即提出噪音的擔憂，櫃檯人員還安撫說沒有這個問題，可以放心。但入房後發現房間被安排在噪音源的上層(二樓211號房)，這是一間完全無法隔絕噪音的房間，根本無法好好休息，所幸在反應後一個小時，飯店就幫我們進行換房。整體而言，雖然飯店地理位置優越，交通方便，櫃檯人員親切，房間也很乾淨，但入房後無法立即休息，無法拆卸行李，只能呆呆在房間等待櫃檯的換房確認，著實浪費旅行時間。因為櫃檯整修，飯店應當將噪音源附近的房型都不要出租，避免造成房客的困擾才是，建議改進。

Good place with reasonable price,near city centre and many places to go and eat , but the room a bit tiny

地點很方便，價格實在，尤其早餐熱時，熟食，當地Taps,東西很多，每天都期待早餐，當然跟台灣沒得比，不過覺得很棒了。房間雖說小ㄧ點，但很乾淨。還有免費腳踏車可以騎，太棒！

Hotel 的服務人員親切，一進來有陣陣的他們HOTEL專屬銷售香水味，清淡舒服＆怡神，LOBBY有免費的咖啡/果汁/水可以喝。房間裡面佈置很簡單乾淨，電視機小了點。浴室內洗澡多工功能淋浴很不錯。餐廳在五樓，透明天頂玻璃與可以看到窗外的街景，視覺非常不錯，在此用餐很安靜輕鬆，早餐的餐點也非常豐富不錯，膠囊式NESPRESSO COFFEE有不同口味讓人選擇非常棒 ，食物也很好吃。麵包很好吃外酥內軟，優格也很多口味，也有豆漿哦。總之值得再次入住的好地方。

i order on line for 2nights 4 rooms.it is unclearable to me because the rooms are really small 202 and 402.i even hard to open my bagage.i pay 85 euro per room for one night.anyway it is closed to the puerta de sol.

Courteous staff, clean room even though the set up was a little weird. Excellent breakfast.

Hotel muito bem localizado, estação de metro proxima. Café da manhã IMPECÁVEL. O unico problema que tive é que reservei um quarto com duas camas de solteiro e o quarto tinha 1 cama de casal, e não teve como trocar pois o hotel estava lotado. Super recomendo.

The hotel is perfectly located for many of Madrid's popular visitor attractions and landmarks and was excellent value for the price. Almost every location, landmark and area we wanted to visit was within a 10-20 minute walk. And the stop for the airport express bus was a leisurely 10 minutes stroll away. Our room was clean and tidy and appeared to have been renovated relatively recently. All the staff were welcoming and very helpful. We had a problem with a broken bed when we arrived, but this was resolved quickly and very much to our satisfaction with the staff going 'above and beyond'! The breakfast room, located on the 5th floor was tastefully decorated and furnished and the floor to ceiling windows provided spectacular views of the architectural splendor of the impressive buildings across the street. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious, fresh food to suit all tastes. The breakfast staff were welcoming and kept replenishing all the food options whilst clearing away the tables, so no waiting around. Check in and check out was hassle-free. Only negatives I can think of were that the corridors were in need of a bit of a refresh in terms of decorating. But were all kept clean and tidy. The two elevators are small, with room for max 4 people at a squeeze. But as there are only 12 floors we never had to wait more than a minute or two. Overall I would say this hotel offers excellent value, given its prime location and breakfast room and food on offer

Excelente ubicación, desayuno muy completo y variado, habitaciones muy limpias y sin ruido, un aislamiento increíble, muy amable el equipo de recepción. Todo muy recomendable.

Really good breakfast, near plaza del sol, good clean room

O quarto era agradável, limpo e organizado. O café da manhã era variado e com boas opções. O atendimento era o minimamente cortês. Localização muito boa.

Ficamos apenas 1 noite . A localização do hotel é maravilhosa .

スタッフは皆さん明るく親切でした。朝食は会場の雰囲気も良くとても気持ちよく食べることが出来ました。シャワーの水圧も高く快適でした。

The property was too expensive for what it offered. The area is great but the rooms and property is old. They have a great breakfast with beautiful view. The walls are thin and you can hear everything going on outside your room. The cleaning staff was rude in the sense that while they cleaned they didn't mind making extreme noise while cleaning and vacuuming at really early hours, 7am. Guests were coming in at 4am making loud noises after partying and nobody quiet them down.
