One of the front desk gentlemen we spoke with was not very accommodating but the rest of the staff was excellent. I didn't get his name.

Big room. Restaurant on site. Pet friendly. Good location for outside Victoria. Staff friendly and helpful.

Not much equipment in the gym other than few dumbbells and trade mill. Came late at night and there was no car parking available, had to park on the roadside.

The room was very clean and the whole property felt well maintained. The patio bar was wonderful, food and drinks were delicious and staff were very welcoming.

I was only there on July 22nd, and checked out July 23,2026 so not sure if you are confused about my stay or I will be checking to see if you charged my credit card for 2 nights as I was only there Wednesday and Came back to Vancouver on Thursday July 23,2026

Hotel was amazing! It was spacious and the employees were very friendly.

When we needed an accessible room, they were here accommodating. The Roof Top Bar was very nice addition

Family of 3 stayed in 2 Queen corner suite with mini kitchenette, with balcony. Clean, comfortable beds, nice shower. Good breakfast in restaurant on site. Free coffee in lobby in mornings. Crowded, full parking lot if you get back late. Hot tub and pool room has sauna and steam rooms too. Small but warm pool. Little too hot and no window open or deck for summer time. Hot tub very hot but jets working but very weak, only two floor jets for feet are operating properly. Staff all friendly and kind, said hello consistently. Signage to turn in is missing. Great size Gym with lots of options. Convenient to shopping and fast food, pubs in Langford Highlands area. Would stay again but would prefer working hot tub.

Not a great welcome This Hotel doesn't seem to want to welcome motorcycles . We're were a bit in awe of the unfriendly welcome we got Nice place , but overpriced for what was presented. No breakfast of any kind and very unfriendly staff

The room looked new & spotless. The bed & pillow was perfect for a good night sleep. I was happy I could open the window at night for some fresh air.

The hotel is very nice. The rooftop patio staff were amazing. Very clean. Road noise was an issue but that’s not the hotels fault.

The staff are not trained properly to hand guests concerns and situations. I had to check out one night earlier due to a family emergency and the staff were unwilling to assist me and eventually did charge me for the night that I missed. Very bad service; not staying here again!

Staff is not friendly. Check-in person couldn’t care less if they were hospitable or not. A different receptionist was quite rude. Sauna was good. Pool was crowded, not very heated. Elevators worked. Did not use the jacuzzi in the room so not sure if it worked. Low shower pressure. Sufficient amount of hot water. Views of the mountain. Wouldn’t stay here again but was conveniently located for what we needed during the 2-nights. Had an issue during the stay but one customer service rep at hotels.com was quite helpful. No one else. Just that one person.

I liked the amazing housekeeping service everyday without asking for it. The room was on the small side but nice and clean. The service was great and the property was nice.
