The bed was comfortable but didn’t like there was only one arm chair there are two of us and most people travel in pairs there should be 2 only other option was a desk chair or the bed there was ample room for another arm chair and at the cost they charge it should of been there

Clean spacious rooms, close to many restaurants. Quick check in and out

Hotel was clean, staff were nice. However, it is advertised as the Four Points in Victoria. It’s not in Victoria. It’s in Langford which is over 20 minutes from downtown, 40 minutes with traffic.

I'm sure it's a wonderful property. But this has made me not want to use Expedia ever again. Due to a family emergency I needed to cancel this booking and try to get any sort of refund. The hotel was willing to refund but I was told Expedia had to give it. When they were contacted nothing. Will be fine a different platform to book stays with.

Fairly close to Victoria General Hospital, next door to Costco. Quiet rooms. Coffee in room could be better..

Breakfast wasn't included for the price you paid

When we first arrived, the staff there were friendly, except for one, her name was Nikki, not the friendliness. Our room, the body shower gel fell off twice and almost cracked the glass door, so imagine if you were in there showering and how much that would hurt if it dropped on you while you were in there. Granted they did offer me another room but i wasn't going to pack all my things up, just to move and i had my brother and his wife next door. Than the hotel kepted saying that they didn't charge me for my stay but i was charged and had to call my credit card to get it disputed. I've already paid the full amount on hotel.com. So i was charged twice and none of the staff could figure it out.

When i booked in, they sent me to a room I did not book, then lied about it, hoping I wouldn't say anything. They knew the room I booked was not available, but didn't call, email or txt me. They just lied about it. I did not stay. Found accommodations elsewhere. Never going to another four seasons facility. Expedia should not be happy with the way they dealt with this either.

Wonderful staff

Close to the event we were attending, nice restaurant within walking distance The bed is hard and pillows are soft, did not make for a good sleep. Harder pillows would have helped in our situation

Great place to stay for all the time that was there My only complaint is there’s no midday food there’s breakfast and then you have to wait till five I had the 15 minute walk down to the pub other than that it was a great Stay !

It was a very nice stay!

Didn’t enjoy stay . They didn’t have body wash liquid filled up . Called but no one picked up . Called next day and then some one came . Asked front desk if we can checkout late by 1 hour. But they couldn’t accommodate.

The hot tub and sauna were great

The rooms were not great for the price. No robes, only 3 towels, 2 coffee 2 sugar and only 2 cream, and i booked a room with a tub and then realized there was only a stand up shower. Maintenance had to come 3 times to fix the heat on the wall, kept getting disturbed, the room was freezing when we got there. Tv not very good, only a few channels. All they offered for the inconvenience was a free breakfast (25$) for the price per night, i do not recommend.
