Room was clean. The kitchenette was great. Great staff.

Comfortable stay, great staff very pleasant and helpful, great house keeping, quiet location. Pool and hot tub needs an overhaul, does not feel or look clean.

Overall happy with my stay - everything was as expected. Staff were kind, room was clean & the hotel is in a really accessible area with lots of options for dining.

Clean and comfortable room

The room was nice and clean. We stayed 2 nights and had been placed on the same floor as a team and directly across from the elevators. Woken really early to running all over, playing on elevators and yelling. We let it go. Second morning, hours before check out woken by staff very loudly banging a vacuum around right in front of our door and room beside us. Let the front desk know and with zero expression, “well your room is paid up so you’re ready to go.” First time staying. There are hours between check out/in, there is no reason staff should be waking customers. Staff at check in was nice, check out girl shouldn’t be working in customer service. It would’ve been fine even with an ounce of care. They ruined our weekend away being abruptly and loudly woken each day we stayed. We stay at a lot of hotels. Worst customer service. It’s too bad. The room was good and bed very comfortable.

booking was modified by the hotel rooms were ok with some shower issues, difficult to change reservation when we needed to, confusion between Expedia and the hotel, but did get it done.

Outside and inside the hotel was very clean. Room was clean and very modern looking. Beds were very comfortable and bathroom was veey nice. I like the small area in the lobby where you could purchase all kinds of snacks and many travel necessities you may have forgotten at home. I will stay here again when Im in Victoria next.

Clean and upscale

The room was clean. The blanket on the bed felt much better than other hotels in the same price point. We did have an issue getting into our room as the card wasn't properly registered but it was fixed immediately. We were able to go to the pool. It was nicely heated. We also the tried the pub found on lower lower level. The service was slow but that was because only one person was doing the serving. We don't blame him for his unfortunate circumstance. When he was serving us, he was excellent. Shout out to Payel for being a great server to us. Overall our one night stay was great.

The staff were super friendly, the rooms were clean, but one thing I would like to note is maybe they should have a microwave. For the cost of the room I’m surprised they didn’t have that.

Super friendly staff, clean hotel room. I would advise to not stay on the side of the hotel that is next to the Costco loading bay, unless you want to wake up very early to the sound of nonstop trucks backing up and unloading.

Great location. Clean. Helpful for late check in. Will stay again.

Always an outstanding stay here at Four Points. Been staying here every few weeks for work and they have always been wonderful and easy.
