The room was nice and clean. We stayed 2 nights and had been placed on the same floor as a team and directly across from the elevators. Woken really early to running all over, playing on elevators and yelling. We let it go. Second morning, hours before check out woken by staff very loudly banging a vacuum around right in front of our door and room beside us. Let the front desk know and with zero expression, “well your room is paid up so you’re ready to go.” First time staying. There are hours between check out/in, there is no reason staff should be waking customers. Staff at check in was nice, check out girl shouldn’t be working in customer service. It would’ve been fine even with an ounce of care. They ruined our weekend away being abruptly and loudly woken each day we stayed. We stay at a lot of hotels. Worst customer service. It’s too bad. The room was good and bed very comfortable.
