I couldn't stay because I did not have a credit card....not impressed

Whether your traveling for work with family or solo.. This is an amazing hotel Friendly knowledgeable staff, Big clean rooms. Pool,hot tub, steak room, sauna and gym close to all amenities, 15 minutes from downtown Victoria

Rooms were clean and quiet

We had nice spacious junior suite. Carpet had a few stains and the shower head was old and had little water pressure. Other than that, it was a comfortable stay. Nice and close to a lot amenities. Staff were very friendly.

They charged the wrong credit card without my authorization and blamed me. The charge put me over my limit on a card with charges for overages. The staff was rude about it until the manager came who was better.

There was no lunchtime function just breakfast and dinner. Inconvenient if you are with children. Liked the pet friendly idea

The room was clean and updated with a small kitchen no stove but sink microwave toaster dishes, well thought out.

Nice rooms and lobby but restaurant quite limited - vegetarians not well served, breakfast quality meh. Location is not very walkable, but convenient access to highway.

This place is clean and the staff was very friendly. It was.a great location for us. 20 minutes to Victoria and 30 minutes to Sydney and Butchart Gardens. The food was good. The bar was OK. The TV stations were very limited. Hot tub and pool were great. The steam sauna would not stay hot.

Free morning coffee, room was big and spacious, loved having the deck, but it was quite noisy due to traffic. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Hallways smell very strongly of perfume. Entered room, it smelled musty. It eventually disapated. Beds comfortable. High traffic noise. Not enough plates and utensils for 5 in suite. Only for 2. Price was a little high. Over 300 for a Friday night. First day, got locked out of our room for an hour because keys didnt work Zero compensation for the trouble.

The hotel itself is fine, it's in a convenient location, but also a very busy shopping area and it overlooks Costco. The rooms and amenities were all good. It was clean, the bed comfy, the hot tub and pool were nice. The restaurant experience was less than ideal. They clearly didn't have enough staff. It took our party of 7, 3.5 hours to get our drinks and food. Thankfully we didn't need to be anywhere or we would have had to leave. I don't think I would stay here again but it served it's purpose.

Yes
