A fabulous hotel that has made a very sweet memory for me. The staff were all very helpful and always have a smiling face. The wonderful part is the hotel's warm welcome when you travel, and Hyatt has done a great job for their clients. A special thanks to Chef Mani, who has taken care of my stay very well at the Hyatt, and also thanks to Bhatun, Devraj, Ahraam Naal, and all the staff at the resto... Will surely be back soon and will keep Hyatt as my only option when I visit Amritsar ❤️

Good location next to mall. Room or other services are below satisfaction. Being Hyatt it didn't look like a 5 star at all. Only thing that touched our hearts were the security guards at the entrance. Lovely people. Cheers
