nice and good breakfast

正常酒店, 沒有太大驚喜或失望. 但room service是細心的, 佢知道我們買了好多bottle water, 所以佢地好自動每天給多我們額外2支水.

Everything was very neat clean, staff was really good very helpful and polite

Really good property. Very close to golden temple , and accessible from the airport. The continental breakfast is absolutely splendid , and the staff was courteous and responsive to our needs. The restaurant on premises is really good too! We had booked 3 rooms and were travelling with 2 elderly couples. We found that the room controls were not intuitive and it took us a few tries to figure out the details and let them know. Just a minor thing to note in case you’re considering this property. Overall, highly recommend !!!

we arrived late at the property early morning at 1am on 14th june, we asked at the reception if we can still check in and they said yes, than we booked through the website and when we came, they said we cannot check you in, so after arguing with them for 2 hours they let us check in, we only stayed for 4hours and left

Overall, we had a very good experience at Hyatt Amritsar. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Their hospitality made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms, service, and overall hotel experience were very good. One suggestion would be to improve the air conditioning in the lobby area, especially during warmer days. The food was good, although I shared some feedback with the Food & Beverage Manager, Gurpreet, regarding our preferences. He was very receptive and understanding, which we appreciated. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel to others. Thank you to the entire team for their excellent service and hospitality.

Last night i spent here was terrible there was noise coming from top it was distributing i had 6 month old baby we were not able to sleep whole night

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. What truly stood out was the excellent customer service provided by the staff they were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. The hotel's location was another major highlight, with convenient access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with outstanding service and a fantastic location.

Everything is good from staff to amenities, however, Rooms are not that big as per global comparison. Still I would come back. I selected king size room for 2.

Excellent

The overall stay was good, we had all the useful amenities and the staff were very helpful. It was easy to arrange cabs and they had a free shuttle to the Golden temple. However cleanliness could have been better, it's a dated hotel on the inside and so surfaces looked old and unclean. There needs to be more attention to detail when cleaning or prepping a room. We loved that there was a beautiful mall right next to the hotel at walkable distance.

Nice location friendly staff good food

Really good clean hotel and staff were very friendly Good food, very good sauna and steam room was good and swimming pool was good. Gym is limited with equipment but ok. Treadmills were very good Location- was great 10 x mins taxi journey to golden temple. We used uber approx 200-250 ruppees each way There is a hotel shuttle bus to the temple but we decided on taxi There is a mall next to the hotel with lots of shops and and restaurants. Tip- use Uber taxis a lot more cost efficient and reliable
