The valet service was great. Harjeet, sarab, jatinder were friendly and polite as well as the security services was good too Jaspreet Kaur, Raj kumar, and samson treated us very well. All over a wonderful experience.

overall staff n reception all were fine. only thing i didnt like is i booked breakfast and told them to pack it as my flight was early
since it was paid breakfast for 2 people, I expected to give wht i proposed like omlett with brown bread sandwich instead they packed white bread with butter . was a surprise when i opened at airport

Overall an amazing experience but one of the worst bed qualities. The mattress was extremely hard and uncomfortable. I have immense back pain and because of that I will have to seek professional back massage. Never ever have I slept on such a bad mattress.

Rooms were small for a club room. Ac was set at 16 but never got cooler than 24 and was humid in the room. Especially on a sunny morning when the sun hits the windows and warms the room upto 26. Service and staff were 10/10 as well as cleanliness. Rooms needs some reno and bed wasent as comfy. But pillows were 10/10. Included breakfast buffet was 10/10 for indian food. Continental food didnt have many options.

We did not enjoy our stay at this hotel. The staff was so inexperienced that they had to be told what to do. From checkin to housekeeping to checkout, all of them did not have a clue of what they are doing. Best Western would have been much better.

Lovely hotel only a little noisy from passage. That’s the only thing that could have improved everything was excellent fantastic staff and very clean. Room was given early as we arrived very early. Will go again . Always recommend this hotel . Fantastic food
