這間旅館規定，只要出門，房門鑰匙要交給櫃檯再離開。 ———————————————————————————————————— 狀況一： 1月30日晚上，當我們夫妻倆在房間休息、聊天時，響起敲門聲，我老婆回了一聲，但房門馬上被打開（五秒內） 門口站著一位女性員工，她說因為外面下雨，所以要進來看看窗戶有沒有關好...... 這真是令人傻眼！ 幸好因為天冷，所以我們夫妻身上還穿著貼身的衛生衣褲， 也沒有正在進行什麼親密的舉動 我們沒出門，房門鑰匙沒給櫃檯，員工要進房前，不能先確認一下嗎？ 原本想向櫃檯人員抗議，結果，今天當班的正是那位闖入的女員工，向她投訴她嗎？ ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 狀況二： 隔天因退房時間是12：00，因此我們先到附近逛逛（行李仍在房間內），大約11：20回旅館，打算做最後收拾後準時退房，一走到門口，看見房門大開，清潔人員正在打掃、浴室還有工人在修馬桶。 這下可好，我們只能呆呆的等清潔人員擺著臭險走人、工人修好馬桶後，才能開始打包整理行李。 住過那麼多旅館，這還是頭一遭在退房前，客人行李都還在房間的情況下，清潔人員進屋收拾打掃。 不知道到底在急什麼？我們退房手續都還沒辦！ ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 即使旅館地點再好，餐食再美味、衛生條件佳， ★★如果旅館無法獲得保障房客的隱私，那還有什麼值得信賴呢？

Great hotel. Definitely stating there again. Near Spanish steps, Chanel, Dior, LV, etc. or room was in another building. Thru were very helpful with luggage and instructions.

Fabulous hotel at the top of the Spanish steps

This hotel was beautiful. We stayed in the annex and check in/out was a breeze. The room terrace looked out into the square and one night we were serenaded by a woman performing on the street. Breakfast has everything you need, no complaints. Thank you for a wonderful experience in Rome!

Property's location is excellent! Few steps away from the Spanish steps and shopping areas. Very safe, friendly and helpful staff. Property could use some updating.. Otherwise, everytjing else is great..

The hotel was fine and in a unique location at the top of the Spanish Steps. We were in the separate annex building which was good. It was just greatly over priced for the hotel.

Scalinata di Spagna Hotel was the perfect location to explore Rome. We stayed in Room 51, which had a king bed and stunning views of the Vatican. The room was very spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean. The comfortable bed gave us some of the best, most restful sleep of our trip. Despite being in such a popular area, the hotel was wonderfully quiet at night. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and made our stay in Rome truly memorable. We especially loved hearing about the history of the building from one of the family members who owns the hotel—it added such a personal touch to our visit. This hotel exceeded our expectations, and we hope to return again someday.

staff was great, location excellent but the hotel is more dated than expected and it was kind of complicated getting to the room. Not sure we would stay there again personally but the staff and location were great!

Nice breakfast each morning. Lots of shopping in the area. At top of Spanish steps. 10-15 minute walk to Trevi Fountain.

Great location and clean room. Short staffed (as in 1 person) and actual rooms were separated from front office, in a whole different building, requiring at least 3 access points, a physical key, card, access code, etc. All a bit too much for a quick one night stay.

The property was incredibly easy to find. They are very nice & the customer service was amazing and polite. The key system works well, the room was incredibly cool and secure. You felt safe at all times in the area. The room itself was incredibly nice, fun to look at and be in such a place. The breakfast was really good as well with a lot of great options. Overall amazing stay with no complaints.

This hotel is centrally located by the Spanish Steps, shopping and restaurants. It's walking distance to most attractions in Rome or to transportation. The room was nicely designed with a terrace and balcony. The room was clean and straightened up daily. The only issues I had was that the cleaning staff didn't pay close detail to the fact that we were running low on bathroom toiletries and I had to ask for it twice. Additionally, I asked for transportation to be scheduled for my day of departure and felt dismissed. I asked for the VIP amenity to be delivered to my room at a specific time and felt dismissed. Even at check in, I felt rushed so that the staff could check someone else out although I had waited my time to check in. Overall, the location was great. The room was nice. Some of the staff need work on customer service delivery.

The hotel is in the perfect area of Rome for high end shopping. The room was great. I have absolutely nothing to complain about.

Beliggenheten er helt fantastisk. Vi hadde et economy rom i en separat bygning. God seng, litt slitt inventar. Hyggelig betjening. Frokosten helt suveren.
