Clean room,nice location

We lived in this hotel in 2023 summer, we loved it as the rooms were cozy and provided good breakfast. So we decided to come back again in 2025, the receptionist lady was rude and we were being told that we reserved the " budgeted room" in the front desk. We reserved the standard room!!! The staffs there are generally not helpful. I sent email to them for confirm the bookings, nearly no reply. We loved the breakfast provided in 2023, but the food now are not fresh with limited variety. Some customers complaint to the manager there. We were disappointed about the services provided.

air-con was down for 4hours+, when I talked to the reception counter, the man was so rude , he just repeatedly said it would be fine after 10mins and ignored me without looking at me. the air con in fact was not working well in the next day, just fan was working, temp was high. really bad

Good location that near the Earl’s Court underground. New, very clean and tidy.

The location was good and the room was clean, but for the good things about this hotel, that's about it. During the stay, there was no hot water at 10:00, until we called the reception. However, they just said we were being stupid and not pressing the button. Not only that, they hung up on us during the middle of the conversation. Terrible service. And to make matters worse, they wasted 3 hours trying to put it right but by that time it was 1:00 when the shower got hot water. The same thing happened tomorrow, and it was horrible.

Good clean and modern rooms. Location is excellent. Literally around the corner from Earls Court tube and area around in Earls has a nice independent bars and restaurants. Would definitely use again.

La climatisation n'était pas fiable... mais le reste était super. Très propre, beau, bien agencé, ... le petit déjeuner n'est pas assez qualitatif.

Zimmer an und für sich sehr schön aber auf der Matratze waren sehr viele Haare was schon ein bisschen eklig war. Die Gegend ist super U-Bahn ist gleich in der Nähe und auch Gelegenheiten zum essen genügend vorhanden.

Nyttårshelg for 2 i London. Perfekt beliggenhet med 1 min gange til nærmeste tube, Earls Court. Kjempebra rom, gode senger, og det ble vasket hver dag, samt skiftet på håndklær og sengetøy. Nyoppusset rom i rolig og stilig strøk. Vi kommer tilbake til dette hotellet.

Courteous staff, very helpful. Small, but clean room, comfortable bed. Very close to amenities. Would stay again.

I paid for an executive suite as a Christmas present my daughter, room 109. It was very disappointing to have a view of drain pipes and the sound of flushing toilets from other rooms. There was also a dripping sound from the bathroom constantly which kept us awake all night. We were then woken at 8am by housekeeping hoovering outside the door. I told reception on our checking out and he thanked me for letting them know and said he would send maintenance. He never apologized. It was a very disappointing experience and I would like an apology.

Deilig og komfortabelt hadde rom under bakken og det var litt nedtur, men bra utenom det😊
