I had a great stay. I didn't like that there were stairs from the sidewalk to the front door but it was the same for the other hotels along the street. Room and bathroom were a decent size compared to similar properties in that area. Staff was pleasant and helpful.
Location was conveniently close to the train station and there was a supermarket, a pharmacy and several restaurants within walking distance.
I needed a power adapter to plug in my laptop and I was able to borrow one from the front desk.
I had not opted in for breakfast so I can't comment on it but I peeked in the dining room downstairs one morning and seems there was a nice variety of continental breakfast type items offered.

We had a very good experience at the hotel. Check-in and check out was easy. The staff were friendly and helpful. Great location. Very close to Earls Court tube station.

The staff were so welcoming & accommodating to my boyfriend and I. We flew in from Canada, and didnt know about the area, but I’m so happy we booked here, it’s the perfect location to train stations, food, and pharmacies! The air conditioning was nice and cold!! The staff always greeted us when we’d leave for the day and when we came home from exploring the city. We felt so safe and relaxed! 10/10 experience !!

We lived in this hotel in 2023 summer, we loved it as the rooms were cozy and provided good breakfast.
So we decided to come back again in 2025, the receptionist lady was rude and we were being told that we reserved the " budgeted room" in the front desk. We reserved the standard room!!!
The staffs there are generally not helpful. I sent email to them for confirm the bookings, nearly no reply.
We loved the breakfast provided in 2023, but the food now are not fresh with limited variety. Some customers complaint to the manager there.
We were disappointed about the services provided.

air-con was down for 4hours+, when I talked to the reception counter, the man was so rude , he just repeatedly said it would be fine after 10mins and ignored me without looking at me.
the air con in fact was not working well in the next day, just fan was working, temp
was high. really bad

The location was good and the room was clean, but for the good things about this hotel, that's about it. During the stay, there was no hot water at 10:00, until we called the reception. However, they just said we were being stupid and not pressing the button. Not only that, they hung up on us during the middle of the conversation. Terrible service. And to make matters worse, they wasted 3 hours trying to put it right but by that time it was 1:00 when the shower got hot water. The same thing happened tomorrow, and it was horrible.
