Hotel was perfect! Amazing location, close enough to walk to icons like Kensington/Hyde Park or Harrods, but far enough to not feel overwhelmed by people at the location. M&S Food and Tesco Express within walking distance, train station was about a 2 minute walk. Room had airconditioning which worked exactly as we had hoped (learnt quickly that a lot of hotel in the UK don't have aircon). Room is very small but very aesthetically pleasing. Bathroom is beautiful. Bed is comfortable. Staff were kind and helpful. Just be aware the hotel is across a few different buildings so you might have to haul a few heavy suitcases up the entry stairs to the door a few times.

We lived in this hotel in 2023 summer, we loved it as the rooms were cozy and provided good breakfast.
So we decided to come back again in 2025, the receptionist lady was rude and we were being told that we reserved the " budgeted room" in the front desk. We reserved the standard room!!!
The staffs there are generally not helpful. I sent email to them for confirm the bookings, nearly no reply.
We loved the breakfast provided in 2023, but the food now are not fresh with limited variety. Some customers complaint to the manager there.
We were disappointed about the services provided.

air-con was down for 4hours+, when I talked to the reception counter, the man was so rude , he just repeatedly said it would be fine after 10mins and ignored me without looking at me.
the air con in fact was not working well in the next day, just fan was working, temp
was high. really bad

The location was good and the room was clean, but for the good things about this hotel, that's about it. During the stay, there was no hot water at 10:00, until we called the reception. However, they just said we were being stupid and not pressing the button. Not only that, they hung up on us during the middle of the conversation. Terrible service. And to make matters worse, they wasted 3 hours trying to put it right but by that time it was 1:00 when the shower got hot water. The same thing happened tomorrow, and it was horrible.

We had no complaints about our stay in April but we were charged a 100£ deposit upon check-in which has still not been refunded after multiple follow ups with the hotel! Very frustrating!

Room booked because it supposedly had air-conditioning which it had for only one day. We booked it for six nights. Also air-conditioning is preset and you cannot adjust. It was set for 78 degrees fahrenheit. Temperature outside was 93 degrees.
Room was very clean.
