办理入住手续非常容易，餐厅非常豪华，毫不逊色，景色非凡。按照顺序。太棒了👍👍

食物很美味，房间宽敞，靠近圣地

Check in gampang, cepat dan staff sangat ramah juga sangat membantu.

Movenpick is not really expensive as other hotels in the same floor P11. But it delivers a great experience, start from the reception, the lobby, the lift, the room, the views … all of those are really nice and lovely. Thanks movenpick.

Bagus dekat Masjid Haram, bersih dan nyaman.

Saya sangat terkesan dengan hotel ini karena menggunakan green marketing. Mulai dari kartu kamar, bathroom equipment juga ramah lingkungan. Makanan yang disajikan juga bervariasi.

Cek in bertele-tele? Padahal sarat-sarat terpenuhi, makanan tidak banyak pilihan.

Jarak menuju kaaba hanya 50 meter. Kamar sesuai dengan gambar.

Hotel and all facilities are good, understand that the elevator from GF to P11 is part of Hajar Tower responsibility, but we believe Movenpick management can take a part to ensure its cleanliness, the floor level display of elevator is not well functioning which make Movenpick look like less concern to the facility. For breakfast, if you can add machine or lamp to warm up the pastry it will be great. Since we didn't allow to warm up the pastry on the toaster. Thank you.

Dekat dengan mesjidil haram, proses check in dan check out, termasuk cepat, kamar bersih, hanya di ruang makan yang kurang tempat, terkadang harus bolak balik cari tempat, atau harus menunggu tamu lain selesai makan, atau harus bergabung dengan tamu lain di satu meja. Selebihnya recommended.

I am not stay there, I just paid it but can't do reschedule or cancel. My money spend for nothing 🥹.

My room neighborhood was very noise with their children, playing around and running around in the corridor right in front of my room at the rest visitor hour in the afternoon. I've reported to floor officer in charge, but no response, it happens again in the next day. I can not find peaceful and comfortable in that room. Hotel Management should have rules in the such situations, so not occurring in the future with other visitors.

Hotel di lingkungan burj sa'ah, sangat dekat ke masjidil haram. Di bawah hotel ada mall yang memudahkan untuk mencari restaurant. Semoga nanti bisa menginap lagi di hotel bintang 5 ini.

Excellent, harga terbaik di sepanjang ramadhan 2024.

Pengalaman menginap selama umrah yang sangat menyenangkan.

Hotel bagus, lobby mewah tapi sayang untuk breakfast sangat biasa sekali makanannya, untuk pelayanan restoran sangat lambat sekali, kurang bersih.
