Very great!

The W is known for its high quality and the W Santiago lives up to this excellence. I wish I could live there! The room was beautiful and romantic, the roof deck was great for a late drink, the breakfast was excellent as is the dining area. Even the food at 3 am was top quality. I loved the whole experience and will stay at the W again soon

The hotel is located in a lovely and clean and safe area of Santiago. They have a phenomenal rooftop bar with an amazing view that you need to visit at least once if not twice. Every staff member was amazing and willing to help and go out of their way to help. Special mention to Lucas one of the concierge members who was incredibly attentive. We had a great experience here

Lovely hotel with helpful staff.

High quality hotel and staff. In particular the staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was superb every day. The rooms are a little dated but perfectly comfortable; and the view from the rooftop is brilliant.

Well positioned Hotel with exceptional staff (particularly concierges who were very useful). Room starting to show a bit of wear and tear but nothing terrible. Pool and Sky Bar are real highlight as well as breakfast buffet options

Very bad shower (low water pressure, long time to reach proper temperature) A lot of intermittent noise coming from room next door

Superb staff and service, as always!!! Rooftop pool was super cool. Restaurant and view and lobby and room all stellar. Valet the best, as always!!

Very nice facility and amenities. Great infinity swimming pool and roof top bar.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room however had some shortcomings - no proper reading lights by the bed, and aircon was poor and difficult to adjust, resulting in the room being a little stuffy at times. Breakfast on the Sunday morning was chaotic - we had to sit in an overflow area.

The W is a little old and tired looking as per other reviews it could use some modernisation but overall its a great place to stay. However the Concierge team are pretty rubbish, messed up bookings and the hotel charges you 19% in USD tax if you don't have a credit card to take payment. a bit ridiculous and wont allow you to charge anything to your room without a deposit paid in USD that they give you back Pesos for if you dont spend the deposit across your stay,

Everything about this property and location was perfect. The restaurants, shopping was nearby. The staff, rooms and food were excellent.

This was our first visit to Santiago. The service, friendliness and willingness to be of help at the W was outstanding. Food was excellent. Our upgraded room and its views was Amazing. The property is showing its age a little and could use a makeover and new, less soft mattresses. The location to shopping and restaurants is perfect. We would definitely stay again !

Problems with te aircon at the room.

The hotel it’s a little old, need to be update. Boring bar, boring ambiance. The sky bar close. Expensive medium quality
