办理入住的時候是9點，明明有空房却是不給房間，等了四個小時才給房間，不人性化。

Excellent hotel

Ambiente sofisticado e quartos excelentes. Muito próximo a restaurantes e ao Shopping Costanera. Escolha perfeita para se hospedar em Santiago.

Ao chegar no quarto notei que o registro de água não estava funcionando adequadamente e a privada está solta. Comuniquei imediatamente e sai para jantar perto ao hotel. Na volta, tudo já havia sido reparado e fiquei surpreso pela empatia e criticidade que deram ao caso!

The service here was outstanding. Every single person from reception, to all the restaurants, the housekeepers, everyone gave exemplary service. I've stayed at this and other W hotels before, but this, by far, was the most remarkable.

Hotel está precisando se inovar. Está escuro, empoeirado, toalhas pequenas, travesseiros ruins, touca de banho foi colocada apenas na primeira noite, tive que pedir chinelos… não é um hotel acolhedor! Não tem lugar para colocar roupa e black out não fecha direito. Espera mais de uma rede W.

The W is known for its high quality and the W Santiago lives up to this excellence. I wish I could live there! The room was beautiful and romantic, the roof deck was great for a late drink, the breakfast was excellent as is the dining area. Even the food at 3 am was top quality. I loved the whole experience and will stay at the W again soon

We were with a group of friends as a personal trip. Me and my husband stayed at W hotel and my friends in another hotel. We decided to make a reservation for the restaurant (Karai) of the hotel before our departure. Due to the size of the group, they informed that we would need to choose the menu in advance as a “pre order menu” but they never informed something about the consequences of cancelling the reservation or in case of “no-show”. Before dinner, we were at the bar of the W hotel in the roof top, we were drinking and we were enjoying a lot. Since part of the group (me and my husb included) had a flight back to Brazil, my friends decided not to go the restaurant in the very last minute, so I was trying to manage the desire of different 10 adults since they had agreed to go previously. The restaurant started chasing me during this process then I informed them that they changed theirs minds about going to Karai. The person started saying that all the meals were prepared and waiting for us (quite weird since it is Japanese/Asian cuisine – does it supposed to be made fresh, right?) and I apologized saying that unfortunately they would not go. The restaurant kept sending messages and calling me – even during the time I was at the airport waiting for my flight back. Muy amables

The hotel is located in a lovely and clean and safe area of Santiago. They have a phenomenal rooftop bar with an amazing view that you need to visit at least once if not twice. Every staff member was amazing and willing to help and go out of their way to help. Special mention to Lucas one of the concierge members who was incredibly attentive. We had a great experience here

Lovely hotel with helpful staff.

High quality hotel and staff. In particular the staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was superb every day. The rooms are a little dated but perfectly comfortable; and the view from the rooftop is brilliant.

Well positioned Hotel with exceptional staff (particularly concierges who were very useful). Room starting to show a bit of wear and tear but nothing terrible. Pool and Sky Bar are real highlight as well as breakfast buffet options
