The staff here were outstanding- more than average in my stays at w. Nicole our helpful entertainment guide went above and beyond to make our stay fun and adventurous. Sebastian behind the bar did everything he could to find the perfect gin!

The service here was outstanding. Every single person from reception, to all the restaurants, the housekeepers, everyone gave exemplary service. I've stayed at this and other W hotels before, but this, by far, was the most remarkable.

The W is known for its high quality and the W Santiago lives up to this excellence. I wish I could live there! The room was beautiful and romantic, the roof deck was great for a late drink, the breakfast was excellent as is the dining area. Even the food at 3 am was top quality. I loved the whole experience and will stay at the W again soon
