周遭環境很好。飯店乾淨。

整體感覺良好，但樓梯太窄，搬運行李會比較辛苦，幸好洒店人員都願意協助幫手搬運，床太軟，整潔度良好，而且離車站近，地理位置非常好，在倫敦市區去那都方便

Location is prefect, very convenience. Staff members are nice and helpful. Will stay there again!

下午接待的女的态度非常好。 很不错的。 虽然没有空调，没有电梯（楼梯偏窄）有点辛苦。 但是整体不错的，早餐种类不多，但是味道是不错的。 离地铁站很近，周围也有餐厅。

The staircase is narrow for elders. So is the toilet. Otherwise it is fine.

Hotel very close to Hammersmith tube and bus station which easy to go central London. Room and bathroom are relatively small but comfortable and well equipped. Lamp in bathroom controlled by motion sensor, however, it will suddenly switch off when bathing. There is no lift and staircase is steeped, just like hotel in Amsterdam.

從Hammersmith站須走4~5分鐘，沿途店家少，社區安靜，我們覺得安全無虞。飯店早餐需另付費，但很豐盛，若在一般餐廳，相同內容，價格一定貴很多，很值得購買。飯店非常清潔、舒適，我們住4人房，房間很寬敞，4人行李箱地上打開，尚可走動沒有問題，主人很熱忱，不吝給予協助，面對道路側的房間確實可聽到車輛聲音，但對我們並未造成困擾，住宿過程相當滿意。但是飯店內沒有自助洗衣機，對長途旅行需要換洗衣物者，很不方便，雖然附近地區有自助洗衣店，但需提著一堆衣物，走一段不算短距離的路，且洗衣店只開到晚上8點，感覺確實不方便。

房间真的很小很小，但离地铁站就500米。价格实惠。

Very clean room and convenient location. However, it was noise at night because the room I got was facing a main road.

Only stayed here for one night, but the reception staff were lovely, rooms adequate and comfy and a great location, away from the hustle snd bustle, for getting to the arena, which was the reason for our stay. Great price. Only down side was that the bathroom smelled a bit. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely stay! Walking distance to lots of resto, shops, bus and tube. Very convenient place. Room is clean, just a bit tiny for the family room. I guess thats the standard in here. Anna is so thoughtful giving me a bday card and cookies. Appreciate the gesture. Would def come back!

Not the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in & for the price I would have expected more. Lady who checked us in was very pleasant. The room was tidy, but very small. Toilet didn’t flush, shower - if you could call it that - was poor & only trickled out. I wouldn’t be recommending this place.

How refreshing to stay in a London hotel owned by the family who run it, rather than by disinterested investors. Anna was a delight. The room was not big, but certainly bigger than those in the micro-hotels I have stayed in, and the fridge was a bonus. It's super close to Hammersmith station, with lots of places to eat nearby. Kave is wonderful and all vegetarian - that can be tricky to find. The stairs are a bit narrow, which isn't a problem, but is worth knowing ahead. I will definitely be back, and will recommend it as well. I'm glad I found it.

Room was clean, a little noisy from other rooms and the creaky staircase. It was SO hot so we were grateful the windows opened fully. Good location though and really easy to get to the station and Apollo. Comfy beds, staff were lovely. Door didn’t double lock however, which was a bit worrying.

Nice room, clean comfy bed, only issue I had was the water was not that hot for a shower in the morning
