周遭環境很好。飯店乾淨。

整體感覺良好，但樓梯太窄，搬運行李會比較辛苦，幸好洒店人員都願意協助幫手搬運，床太軟，整潔度良好，而且離車站近，地理位置非常好，在倫敦市區去那都方便

Location is prefect, very convenience. Staff members are nice and helpful. Will stay there again!

下午接待的女的态度非常好。 很不错的。 虽然没有空调，没有电梯（楼梯偏窄）有点辛苦。 但是整体不错的，早餐种类不多，但是味道是不错的。 离地铁站很近，周围也有餐厅。

The staircase is narrow for elders. So is the toilet. Otherwise it is fine.

Hotel very close to Hammersmith tube and bus station which easy to go central London. Room and bathroom are relatively small but comfortable and well equipped. Lamp in bathroom controlled by motion sensor, however, it will suddenly switch off when bathing. There is no lift and staircase is steeped, just like hotel in Amsterdam.

距離地鐵站很近很方便,附近有賣場便宜又可貼近當地人生活,早餐雖不是免費但是非常好吃

從Hammersmith站須走4~5分鐘，沿途店家少，社區安靜，我們覺得安全無虞。飯店早餐需另付費，但很豐盛，若在一般餐廳，相同內容，價格一定貴很多，很值得購買。飯店非常清潔、舒適，我們住4人房，房間很寬敞，4人行李箱地上打開，尚可走動沒有問題，主人很熱忱，不吝給予協助，面對道路側的房間確實可聽到車輛聲音，但對我們並未造成困擾，住宿過程相當滿意。但是飯店內沒有自助洗衣機，對長途旅行需要換洗衣物者，很不方便，雖然附近地區有自助洗衣店，但需提著一堆衣物，走一段不算短距離的路，且洗衣店只開到晚上8點，感覺確實不方便。

房间真的很小很小，但离地铁站就500米。价格实惠。

Very clean room and convenient location. However, it was noise at night because the room I got was facing a main road.

空港アクセス、駅アクセスなど立地はよいです。 建物も趣があると考えればよいです。4Fまで狭い階段をスーツケース昇降はきつい。助けてくれる人がいてくださったお陰でなんとかなりました。 棟全体のドアの開け閉めが聞こえる上、隣の部屋との壁も薄いので会話や足音が耳に入ります。 お世辞にも愛想がよいスタッフ？オーナーではないので予期せぬ発言にめげない気持ちでいないといたたまれないです。

Very clean

Room clean and tidy. Comfy bed. No food or snacks of any sort. But the main issue was that it was booked to be paid on arrival, but the money was taken 2 DAYS BEFORE.

Nice, very clean room and bathroom. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Easy access with the underground. Lovely with the biscuits, tea and coffee in the the room and nice with the Small refrigerator.

Excelente ubicación, muy cerca de la estación de metro, lo que facilita la transportación. El área donde está el hotel es tranquila pero a corta distancia hay muchas opciones para comer, además de varios pubs muy ingleses.

Me and my husband had a two night stay in this hotel for a wedding party. A perfect hotel if you want a quiet nights sleep as its just out of the city noise, but within easy reach of everything with two tubes a few minutes away. Great area with places to eat and pubs. The owner was extremely helpful with everything needed. The room was clean and just the right size. The room had everything you could need. An iron/ironing board, tea/coffee making, hairdryer, fridge, safe. Very comfy bed and tv with netflix etc. Although no breakfast is served, you can get a bite to eat around the area. I will definitely consider stopping here again next time i visit london.

I am dealing with a temporary injury limiting mobility. ( I am not accustomed to needing to verify disability access and amenities at hotels .) This hotel is challenging from that perspective with no lift , and multiple rather narrow stairs to access guest rooms Otherwise clean, helpful staff and great neighborhood

Friendly reception, I got a free upgrade on my room. Bed is pretty comfy. For its price and availability I think it is a nice place, if your expectations are not luxury hotel. This place is more like a house type hotel.

The hotel was nice. It work for our stay in London. Close to Hammersmith Tube Station with easy access into the city center. There was a slight odor in the room when we arrived, like wet but after we aired the room out the first day it was not noticeable. The staff was very helpful and the beds were comfortable.
