Nice, very clean room and bathroom. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Easy access with the underground. Lovely with the biscuits, tea and coffee in the the room and nice with the Small refrigerator.

Me and my husband had a two night stay in this hotel for a wedding party. A perfect hotel if you want a quiet nights sleep as its just out of the city noise, but within easy reach of everything with two tubes a few minutes away. Great area with places to eat and pubs. The owner was extremely helpful with everything needed. The room was clean and just the right size. The room had everything you could need. An iron/ironing board, tea/coffee making, hairdryer, fridge, safe. Very comfy bed and tv with netflix etc. Although no breakfast is served, you can get a bite to eat around the area. I will definitely consider stopping here again next time i visit london.

I am dealing with a temporary injury limiting mobility.
( I am not accustomed to needing to verify disability access and amenities at hotels .)
This hotel is challenging from that perspective with no lift , and multiple rather narrow stairs to access guest rooms
Otherwise clean, helpful staff and great neighborhood

Friendly reception, I got a free upgrade on my room. Bed is pretty comfy. For its price and availability I think it is a nice place, if your expectations are not luxury hotel. This place is more like a house type hotel.

The hotel was nice. It work for our stay in London. Close to Hammersmith Tube Station with easy access into the city center. There was a slight odor in the room when we arrived, like wet but after we aired the room out the first day it was not noticeable. The staff was very helpful and the beds were comfortable.

We loved staying here, it was perfect as a launch pad into London itself. Numerous dining options to choose from within a short stroll. We found the area quiet and peaceful. Lovely family owned property with staff only to eager to help with anything.

We really liked our stay at this hotel. We felt safe, it was clean and very practical. It is few minutes from the tube which give access to four lines. It is very easy to travel to all the nice places of London. The Hammersmith area is simply great… outside of the tourist area, nice places to eat at an affordable fee. I recommend this place.

We had a great stay and would definitely stay again! Anna greeted us at check in and was so kind. We were very early for check in but she expedited getting our rooms ready so we could get in after a long journey. The rooms were nice, clean and quiet! Beds were very comfortable. Absolutely no complaints!

Ideal for taking the tube into London.
Custom service was excellent. The room was clean and while small by American standards it was nice.

The beds were a bit wobbly but, for the price you can't complain.
We booked months in advance so did not know there would be a heat wave. The room was boiling all night. The fan worked but was noisy. Again, not a complaint, just worth considering when booking.
