Our room was cozy and clean.
There is a pedestal fan which cooled the room nicely and we were comfortable despite the outside being warm.
The staff at the front desk was friendly and knowledgeable.
The hotel is at a walking distance, 8=10 minutes, from Hammersmith tube station which is ~30minites by train from Heathrow as well as from central london.

Really wonderful location & hotel, just a couple of minutes walk from the tube. The lovely lady on reception couldn’t have been more helpful!! Everything spotless & very comfortable bed. It was hot when we stayed & really appreciated the very thoughtful touch of fans in our rooms

On the positive side the hotel was clean and there were good coffee/tea facilities in room. Also good location. But I paid nearly £200 for a garret room the size of a matchbox. There was absolutely no facilities In the hotel and the shower was cold. I know prices in London are astronomical but this was over the top

Not again in the summer. Hard to give a fair review, this place is probably very good the rest of the year. Easy access to the subway and Heathrow train line. But when we visited it was HOT! No AC makes it a terrible experience when it's 30 degrees.

Only stayed here for one night, but the reception staff were lovely, rooms adequate and comfy and a great location, away from the hustle snd bustle, for getting to the arena, which was the reason for our stay. Great price.
Only down side was that the bathroom smelled a bit.
Would definitely stay again.

Lovely stay! Walking distance to lots of resto, shops, bus and tube. Very convenient place.
Room is clean, just a bit tiny for the family room. I guess thats the standard in here.

Not the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in & for the price I would have expected more. Lady who checked us in was very pleasant. The room was tidy, but very small. Toilet didn’t flush, shower - if you could call it that - was poor & only trickled out. I wouldn’t be recommending this place.

How refreshing to stay in a London hotel owned by the family who run it, rather than by disinterested investors. Anna was a delight. The room was not big, but certainly bigger than those in the micro-hotels I have stayed in, and the fridge was a bonus. It's super close to Hammersmith station, with lots of places to eat nearby. Kave is wonderful and all vegetarian - that can be tricky to find.
The stairs are a bit narrow, which isn't a problem, but is worth knowing ahead.
I will definitely be back, and will recommend it as well. I'm glad I found it.

Room was clean, a little noisy from other rooms and the creaky staircase. It was SO hot so we were grateful the windows opened fully. Good location though and really easy to get to the station and Apollo. Comfy beds, staff were lovely. Door didn’t double lock however, which was a bit worrying.

WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE.
Upon arrival, I expected the usual greetings and a bit of small talk to make me feel comfortable, but instead, Theodore's, idea of small talk was to make me feel like a criminal, " we've had people with your name try to scam us" and wanting to take a photo of the credit card I used to book the room, on his grotty personal phone. His wife or sister appeared and was equally rude. Zero warmth or hospitality and an underlying feeling of hostility.
Think I'm exaggerating, go there and ask for Theodore!
Room sucked and like other people have commented, bugs.
Will speak to Hotels.com to see if they can remove this hotel from their listing until Theodore undergoes training in the following areas: communication

Staff at reception friendly and helpful. Hotel over two buildings. Stayed in 2nd building on top floor. Warm and comfortable. Room very clean. Comfortable bed. Hot shower. Very convenient location 5min walk from tube & Hammersmith Broadway, Approximately 10min to Hammersmith Apollo. Excellent value for money.
