Room is clean and well equipped for tourists to have a pleasant stay there. Staffs are very nice and helpful. The town was quiet and beautiful. We also enjoyed some time in the Opera House. Will be back next time.

This is our second time to stay in this hotel for vacation. Highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a good place to stay in Orillia. You can feel like a home once you step in this hotel. Good services with a reasonable price. Thanks again for the great efforts of the staffs in Stone Gate Inn. Thanks for giving us a wonderful March Break.

its a fantastic location for family gathering. The inn isn't very big but it is absolutely a great place for us with good breakfast and helpful staff.it is doubtless to stay in again.

We enjoyed our one night at the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. There are renovations happening at the hotel. While the decor may be thought of as old in the lobby it is quite charming and welcoming! Our guest room was clean and refreshing, the bed quite comfortable. I’m not a fan of the smaller pillows but they we okay for the night. Location was good for our needs, and easy to find.

Been a week and still have not received my $100 deposit back .poor management

Not so good: Breakfast is the exact same every day & has been for many yrs. Corners of bathroom floor & top of baseboards very dirty. Dead plants on either side of front entry. Every picture frame is covered in dust. Good: Comfy beds & bedding Clean bathtub & sink Clean kitchen area Lots of parking Grocery store across the parking lot Close to downtown area

Love the boutique Hotel very personable and quiet .Some renovations of rooms are being done at present our room needs upgrades or fixes

The only good comment i can make about the property is staff is very helpful and polite. The property itself is soo rundown and dated. i could not risk taking my shoes off anywhere, the carpet looked soo dirty and the floor in the bathroom was sticky. most i could doo was brush my teeth. The bed did not seem dirty but the whole ambience was terrible, i could not wait to leave and go home. i would never stay here again, maybe i am just spoilt but i was terribly shocked

Check in was easy Room was quiet and comfortable Several areas need better cleaning ie: bathroom doors areas around doorknobs on BOTH sides , wall areas around bathrooms. Towels were old worn grey and gros!! Upgrade of towels is necessary! Breakfast was adequate Staff pleasant

It looks like a beautiful old building from the outside but it needs some TLC. The rooms were clean. We did not have time to enjoy the pool or the breakfast.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Ceiling tiles in bathroom were water stained and the fan tile was open.. which wasn’t attractive. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable!

Room was quiet and spacious, beds were good except the sheets on one didn't look like there changed so we insisted they change them. Breakfast was ok if not a bit lacking and location was convenient.

The room was clean, and a good size. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was awful though, the only hot item was scrambled eggs that had no taste, stale bagels, little croissants, mini muffins and cookies that you buy in big plastic containers in grocery stores, Philadelphia cream cheese and some jam. The pool was very small which was right next to the breakfast room which had four tables with chairs. You can have breakfast and watch people swim cause there was only a glass divider between the rooms. The pool looked old and had some yellow cheese looking things stuck to the sides of the pool steps. Everything looked so different in the pictures we saw online before we booked the place. The location is quite and peaceful though, but I would not go back.
