Room is clean and well equipped for tourists to have a pleasant stay there. Staffs are very nice and helpful. The town was quiet and beautiful. We also enjoyed some time in the Opera House. Will be back next time.

This is our second time to stay in this hotel for vacation. Highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a good place to stay in Orillia. You can feel like a home once you step in this hotel. Good services with a reasonable price. Thanks again for the great efforts of the staffs in Stone Gate Inn. Thanks for giving us a wonderful March Break.

its a fantastic location for family gathering. The inn isn't very big but it is absolutely a great place for us with good breakfast and helpful staff.it is doubtless to stay in again.

Check-in went smoothly. Rooms are clean and bed is very comfortable. I would stay here again for sure.

When my originally booked hotel notified me last minute that their hot water boiler broke and I had to find another hotel, booked the stone gate. Website didn’t mention it nor did the front desk but there was construction going on. Our room was sandwiched between two rooms being demolished. Noise was ridiculous. Was loved to a new room. One directly below our other room and construction was going on there also above and beside. Would have been nice to be told. Or atleast given a break on the fees.

The hotel is very quiet and safe, easy parking. There is a small kitchenette in the room which is very convenient. For the size of the room and the amenities it is very affordable.

Poor customer service from front desk and manager /customer service did not respond to direct e mails plus 4 messages left for manager went without any response

We arrive front staff friendly In room we had no towels when they did come only basic Staff help us with tv and room keys that did not work

Spacious clean room

The property is very dated and needs some updating badly. Everything feels very musty smells musty furnishings are old very dated was quite disappointed because the pictures looked beautiful.

The front desk staff was great. Not a fan of the every other day housekeeping. We actually didn’t get our room serviced.

Safe

Staff are pleasant and friendly. Breakfast was good. The AC was not working in the room so the bedroom was quite warm and garbage in the kitchenette had not been emptied prior to our stay. Staff were made aware of concerns and they indicated a willingness to address them.

All in all, very good. The only negative was the hair dryer in our room did not work.

Nice room and executive suite. No housekeeping on weekends to make up beds.
