The staff member who checked us in was excellent: friendly, professional, helpful. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was tasty and full of variety. Check out was simple and the staff friendly.

Website said breakfast was included. Breakfast was cold cereal or toast. Watered down juice and coffee from a machine which was horrible. Parking lot was icy and wasn't salted.

Toilet didn’t work properly Busted tv converter Fireplace didn’t work Splattered mess on walls Pool was incredibly small and very cold Breakfast terrible Calling for bad weather in our travel day there so we left extra early. Weather turned out to be pretty good for the ride so we arrived early. They didn’t even make an attempt to give us a bit of an early check in. I mean not even a look at there computer to see if they might be able to figure something out. Just a hard no. I’ll never stay here again.

Clean room, great kitchenette. Hot water in the evening but not so much in the morning, also the room was cold during the night (but it was -18)
