Contruction throughout the hotel not reported to Expedia. Refund had to be forced by Expedia as the hotel refused to refund the room after we left to go to another hotel.

Website said breakfast was included. Breakfast was cold cereal or toast. Watered down juice and coffee from a machine which was horrible. Parking lot was icy and wasn't salted.

The room was spotless and the staff were nice. But the room was outdated, it was a kitchenette but it had no stove, that does not qualify as a kitchenette. The lighting was very dim in bathroom area.

Toilet didn’t work properly Busted tv converter Fireplace didn’t work Splattered mess on walls Pool was incredibly small and very cold Breakfast terrible Calling for bad weather in our travel day there so we left extra early. Weather turned out to be pretty good for the ride so we arrived early. They didn’t even make an attempt to give us a bit of an early check in. I mean not even a look at there computer to see if they might be able to figure something out. Just a hard no. I’ll never stay here again.
