这是我们在日本住过的最好的酒店之一，酒店靠近小仓站，只需几分钟就能到达 3-4 分钟😁工作人员也很友好，我们在那天入住前寄存了行李，我们上午 10 点到达酒店，并要求在晚上 10 点左右办理入住手续

The location is very good, the staff, cleanliness. But the foods are not satisfying, they didn't change the menu for the entire week. Please improve on this. We didn't get enough what we paid for in the buffet.

My bad that I did not aware that there are 4 APA Hotel in Sapporo which makes a lot of confusion to me and hubby by the time for check in.
