Located in the heart of downtown makes easy access, walking distance or moderate uba rides to most places of interest. Building is clean, nicely cooling air conditioning, bathroom is superb and spacious with heated floor. Staff are courteous. I recommend.

Beautiful Hotel, staff is excellent. The Palms restaurant and lounge is amazing. Fantastic location downtown, so close to everything. Would stay there again.

Clean room

I have stayed at the Hotel Rialto previously and enjoyed my stay. This visit: I'm a very light sleeper, and the first night I noted there was the restaurant fan right underneath my window and mentioned to the front desk that I didn't think I'd be able to sleep with that. The front desk gave me some earplugs. Try as I did, with earplugs, white noise and a pillow over my head I was unable to sleep with that low frequency noise all night (and I had a course all the next day, so tired). I arranged to be moved the next morning and they did so. A much better and quieter sleep! Very grateful. This visit I did notice small holes in the sheet and blankets. But otherwise, it was a good stay.

Great location! Clean hotel. Our room was a bit loud noisy from homeless.

Staff was great, rooms very clean! We stayed for a local concert and we will definitely be back.

The hotel is in a convenient location. We found the food to be delicious and reasonably priced at the hotel.

The Rialto is very centrally located, a short walk to Centennial Square, Chinatown, Government Street, Market Square and the Inner Harbour. Despite it's downtown location it was very quiet. Our suite was beautifully furnished and well laid out. The staff were welcoming, efficient and prompt to reply to all our concerns. The ground level bars and restaurant were attractive and well patronized. Parking was adjacent and easy.

Overall an ok stay. Nothing special about the hotel really. it is located in a fairly loud area, so if you’re a light sleeper, you may want to use the ear plugs found in the beside tables.

Clean room ,fridge/ AC worked fine ,coffee maker is a nice touch . Was told i was VIP member and to ask for perks on check in . The front desk told me that was a hotels.com perk and they knew nothing about it . Hence no perks were offered .

The hotel has no underground parking. We had to find a parkade and walk about 10 minutes to get to and from our car with our luggage. Concierge said they rent underground parking spaces from a nearby apartment but this was not information available to us online. The hotel is a heritage building and is not updated. Nothing fancy but walking distance to the Save On Foods Memorial Arena which is why we picked it. It was very quiet at night though.
