Clean room, great staff

All staff were so kind and helpfuland room was so clean. The heated floors in the bathroom were a bonus.

All of the above, well maintained room, and hotels central location in Downtown Victoria.

Our smoke alarm was going off at 3 AM due to a needed battery change. We ended up having to go to the lobby and were reassigned another room. We were told the Manager was not in upon checkout and were not given any kind of apology or to expect a follow up from management. Tired and disappointed upon checkout .

As a Gold member when enquiring about any available room upgrade we were told that there was a cost associated with it. They were also not very flexible with a late checkout and parking.

The location is great, and staff is friendly.

Every time I drive down island, your hotel is my go to. Clean, spacious rooms and walking distance to all things downtown. I really appreciate the front of house staff also who I had a lovely conversation about the history of the Rialto. Thanks for the stay. Highly recommend.

Staff were excellent, as was the location. There are many unhoused folks if you head East on Pandora, which may be a concern for some. L'Occitane toiletries were greatly appreciated.
