Clean updated rooms, central location. Staff was very helpful. Our group had 8 bicycles and they were stored in a locked storage room which was great.

Great location

The location is excellent as any sightseeing spot is within walking distance. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is clean and comfortable. If we visit Victoria again, we would love to choose that hotel.

Great location, great staff, restaurant and wine store on the ground level and my favorite spot to stay every time. I’m in Victoria.

Room was very small and cramped. Hotel is old but well updated. Smoke detector batteries died a day into our visit causing a loud beep every 2 minutes or so but they were quick to fix. No parking on site but helpful finding nearby parking. Area around hotel is filled with closed business and homeless people on the street. Not something they are in control of but to be aware. I always felt safe in the hotel as the entry doors are always locked or manned.

Only complaint was street noise. Green light chirped all night long. Need soundproofing like The Fairmont at YVR. Otherwise everything else excellent!!!!

The rooms were clean and neat. All the amenities described in hotel website were available. The staff were very friendly. We loved the hotel. The hotel is very close to all the sight seeings. Just 10-15 minutes and we reached the places.

We've stayed here several times. The location is terrific, walking distance to the harbour, restaurants etc. Beds are comfortable and the room is clean and quiet. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Overall our favorite stay in Victoria.

Nice helpful staff

The staff were not helpful at time of check in and room wasn’t ready at check in

Bathroom smelled like raw sewage or rotten fish / dead animal.. maybe the P-trap or sewer system has a problem or maybe it really is animal-related. Room was never cleaned properly over 3 days. Amazingly bad homeless and addicts in the area. Worst neighborhood situation ever. All that aside, the restaurant was awesome and the front desk staff super friendly. But whatever causes that smell needs to be fixed.

We had a very nice 3-night stay at the Rialto. The staff were very helpful and any recommendations from them turned out to be great. We appreciated the higher floor room we received and closing the bathroom door kept it quiet at night (window insulation was not as good in the bathroom and outside noises drifted in). All in all we enjoyed our stay here and appreciated the restoration work involved in maintaining this hotel’s historic status.

とにかく立地が最高です。 バス停もちょっとした買い物も数分で徒歩圏内です。 少し足を伸ばせばインナー・ハーバー・ローワー・パスウェイへも すぐに行けます。 日本人の私にもフロントスタッフも親切で英語もゆっくりと話してくれ、聞いてもくれました。スマホの翻訳も快く荷物もチェックイン前もチェックアウト後も預かってくださりました。 部屋は綺麗でシャワールームのロクシタン製シャンプー＆トリートメント、ボディソープは最高でした！バスローブで寝心地最高！ 清掃スタッフも気さくで差し入れまでいただいてしまいました。 ビクトリア宿泊の際はみなさんぜひ！

Hotel Rialto was an excellent, personable place to stay. The staff are the jewel here, there wasn’t anything that was a problem. The rooms and amenities were very good. HR reminds me of our travels to Italy with an excellent restaurant and sports bar. Our meal at the Palms was excellent and staff amazing too. It’s nice to have all these in one place! Half board or European breakfast are the only thing that were different than abroad. Thanks!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is in a great location downtown. Tiki bar on the ground floor is also excellent.

I was a little hesitant, considering the hotel, Rialto, is quite old and I thought the rooms would be really small and I thought everything would be dated, but it was a beautiful hotel with nice big beautiful rooms and a big beautiful bathroom. I really enjoyed my stay there.
