Great hidden Gem!

The hotel is very nice, friendly staff and very clean. Parking is not great, parkade across the street, no valet has parking. Location was a great!

Small, but really nice room in downtown Victoria. The staff were kind and accommodating. Best part is it’s right in downtown Vic and dog friendly. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great staff and location. Room was nice but the couch arms are falling apart. The new toilet paper is like Kleenex so we went out and bought our own.

I love this hotel. The staff was nice and best of al they have a bar in the hotel that serves this dark chocolate beer that feels sinful to drink because it was so good. The hotel was walking distance from everything. Even though I brought my vehicle with me I only drove it once during my stay. Also the parking garage is across the street from the hotel. But the plus is that it is behind a security gate so you have a lesser chance of your vehicle being tampered with. Loved the hotel and will be staying there again.

While the hotel is nice and in a great location, our faced a busy street at an intersection. All night long we heard the chirping of the crosswalk chime and it was awful. Did not get a good night's rest the two nights we were there. That being said, we would stay here again, just not on that side of hotel

It was an amazing experience. The Palms, the restaurant has one of the best food and drinks in Victoria. I totally recommend it!

Close to Government Street where the shops are. We love the L'Occitane toiletries and the Christmas presents in stocking.

Clean room, espresso coffee machine and creamer in fridge...not that powder stuff. The cookies were nice too. The restaurant downstairs is top notch. Great bar and lounge. The owner of the Palms was personable and his staff were all amazing. Would stay again for sure.

Perfect blend of location, comfort, and service. This was my third stay at the Rialto and it’s my go-to when visiting Victoria.
