다운타운과 이너하버, 피셔맨그와프가 매우 가까워서 빅토리아 메인 코스들을 둘러보기 편합니다.

주차장과 거리가 있음이 아쉬웠지만~ 전반적으로 좋은 컨디션으로 즐거운 여행이 되었습니다.

everything was great, and the staff were amazing! Totally convenient location for shopping, China Town, downtown, restaurants and everything. Plus the staff in the sports bar was great as well. We had a great time 😊

Staff were nice and the room was nice

It was overall a good stay. however, i had some change in plan and needed to check out two days early. I asked the front desk if I can get a refund for the two days as I have also given them three days of advance notice. I was told I wont get a refund because it's not a personal emergency but a work emrgency; and also because I booked through Expedia. Front desk asked me to call Expedia..So I reached out to expedia, and they put me on hold to call the hotel. Then Expedia let me know that hotel refused to do a refund and it's only at the hotel's discretion. The front desk later called me in my room to say sorry and that she thinks even if I spoke to the manager, she would deny a refund. It was frustrating with this back and forth, and hotel saying expedia can help with refund, expedia says hotel can refund then hotels calls me to say even manager wont authorize it. So, anyways it was not a very customer friednly situation at that time for me. I paid over a $1000 for this stat and didnt want to get nothing back and check out. all this to day, if you think life might happen and you need to check out early for any reason, this is not the hotel to stay. The room was okay but had no views or any openenness about it..another builidng and windows just outside my window so had ro close the curtain all the time. felt very suffocated at times when I woke up at the middle of the night. But I think you can ask for a room with a city view etc.

Very clean, appreciated the tolerance of late check in. Also appreciated the provided earplugs as the road is noisy, but not obscenely so. Definitely would stay here again and great value for the price. Charming place.

Room is clean. Good location to all restaurants spots in downtown. Very helpful staffs in front desk. VERY INTRIGUED by the hotel history. Definitely will book again for next visit!

The ambience of the old building was terrific: high ceilings, marble floors. Upgraded to a suite, we enjoyed the espresso machine, large bathroom and dog treats. The only thing we noticed were several stains on the carpet in the living room. Staff was very helpful and restaurant has a good selection of great food.

Everything was lovely as possible. Excellent staff was an outstanding detail. A delicious restaurant / bar. Fabulous location and a spotless room.

Super helpful and nice staff

Hotel is central downtown near shopping and nice restaurants. The Palms Restaurant and sports bar in the hotel have great staff and food. I would request an higher floor next time we stay as there are lots of city sounds at night.
