The cozy bed and well-appointed amenities made it a perfect retreat after a day of exploring the city. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the historic center of Cusco, making it easy to visit iconic sites like Plaza de Armas and Sacsayhuamán. The hotel also offers a delightful breakfast with a variety of delicious options, ensuring that I started each day on the right foot. One of the highlights was the warm and attentive service from the staff. They were always available to provide recommendations and assistance, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I appreciated their knowledge about local attractions and their willingness to help with any requests I had. Overall, my stay at Sonesta Hotel Cusco was exceptional. While the property and staff were great, the lack of on-site parking created some issues for us. The staff helped us park at a nearby place when we arrived in the dead of night.

First of all, I’ve stayed at various hotels throughout the world. This hotel had the BEST hospitality! The staff was amazing! I have never stayed at a hotel where they greeted us by name every day! They genuinely asked how our day was and they were the nicest. Nicolas in particular was fantastic! We loved seeing and greeting him daily. He gave us fantastic pointers and recommendations! Ramiro at the front desk was also super helpful and so nice! Elliot the bartender made us delicious drinks and Miriam was our housekeeper that did our turndown service and gave us a hand written note. Thank you to everyone that helped make this an unforgettable 40th birthday trip! I hope to come back to Cusco soon. I highly recommend this gem of a hotel!

Excellent Breakfast, Friendly Staff

Overall hardware is good and staff speak English well. But we got a call at midnight with electro noices only to woke us up . You would hope that hotel can screen out the calls by confirming guests name . The room is spacious and nice Balcany . But the bathroom doesn’t have a venting fan

They had the restaurant open at 3 AM. It was unique. We had a tour starting at 3:30 AM so we were able to have an early breakfast. It was wonderful.
