Good location. Staff are polite and helpful. Breakfast has lots of varieties and starts from 3:00am. Free airport shuttle bus service is an advantage.

The room is kind of outdated. Especially the bathtub, you can see some chip off. The front desk keeps calling asking for some arrival document which was already presented in the first place. Told her that I will return the call when available, but keeps calling, at 11pm. The breakfast was good even when they say it was a simple breakfast, between 3-5am. it was well above average.

It said 4 stars but it is not, the windows are very dirty, the water is leaking out when shower, but i have to say the service is very good

Quick stay, leaving Cusco. Restaurant was nice, ate breakfast and lunch. A bit off the main Cusco square. Have to take Uber for shopping and other restaurants. Nothing close to this hotel

Lovely hotel in Cusco. The buffet was amazing. So many choices. Great place to stay as a family of 4. Short walk to the historic center.

Esta muy bien ubicado. El personal es demasiado amable y cálido. La comida estuvo riquísima, los desayunos super completos y buenos. Las habitaciones estan muy comodas y.limpias.... muy recomendado!!!!

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. They treated me like royalty. Everything was clean and tidy. The breakfast buffet was second to none.

Buffet breakfast was excellent. Lots of choices. Air conditioning was very loud, difficult to sleep with it turn on.

Perfecto para conocer la ciudad Cusco y viajar a Machu Pichu. Desayuno muy bueno también y el hotel es muy confortable.

Such a wonderful experience at the Sonestra, close to food and pharmacies, as well as being able to call a taxi. The staff were incredible and friendly. Highly recommend staying here. The bed was a bit firm, and the pillows are only feathers and they have decent wifi and English Direct TV. The breakfast was pretty good, enough to satiate your stomach for a full day of adventuring.

Great hotel in a convenient location. We spent a few days here at the beginning of our Peru trip to acclimate before beginning our Machu Picchu tour. The hotel is a short walk to Plaza Armas with the Temple and many shops along the way. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There's a small coffee shop that also serves box breakfasts and lunches if you need one for your tour. Coca and Muna teas are available in the lobby all day long. The breakfast buffet was outstanding and begins at 3am for those who have early tours to get to.

Wonderful place for a family of 4! Breakfast was amazing. Lots of choices. Also enjoyed dinner through room service. It was delicious! Views of the city and mountains are beautiful! Short walk to the Plaza del Armas and most sites within the old town.
