非常好，飯店服務也很棒

Good location. Staff are polite and helpful. Breakfast has lots of varieties and starts from 3:00am. Free airport shuttle bus service is an advantage.

The room is kind of outdated. Especially the bathtub, you can see some chip off. The front desk keeps calling asking for some arrival document which was already presented in the first place. Told her that I will return the call when available, but keeps calling, at 11pm. The breakfast was good even when they say it was a simple breakfast, between 3-5am. it was well above average.

It said 4 stars but it is not, the windows are very dirty, the water is leaking out when shower, but i have to say the service is very good

Estive com meu marido em Cusco, no Peru, entre os dias 16 e 20 de abril de 2026, e tivemos o prazer de nos hospedar no Hotel Sonesta. Nossa experiência foi simplesmente maravilhosa! Desde a chegada, fomos recebidos com um delicioso chá de frutas vermelhas, e ao longo de toda a estadia o cuidado e a atenção da equipe foram impecáveis. Todos os funcionários são extremamente gentis, acolhedores e prestativos — deixamos aqui um agradecimento especial à Clara, Nilsa, Antaurio, Soraida e ao gerente Moisés. Vocês fizeram toda a diferença! O café da manhã é um espetáculo à parte: completo, variado e com produtos de excelente qualidade. Há tantas opções que é impossível provar tudo de uma vez — todos os dias deixávamos algo para experimentar no dia seguinte! Além disso, um grande diferencial é que o hotel disponibiliza café da manhã já a partir das 3h/4h da manhã, o que é perfeito para quem, como nós, sai muito cedo para os passeios. Os quartos são amplos, extremamente limpos e muito confortáveis. Outro detalhe encantador: todos os dias, ao retornarmos ao quarto, encontrávamos um mimo nos esperando — um cuidado que faz toda a diferença. Na recepção, há sempre chá e bolachinhas deliciosas à disposição, o que torna o ambiente ainda mais acolhedor. A localização também é excelente: próxima à Plaza Mayor, com fácil acesso a tudo, em uma região tranquila e muito agradável. Foi uma experiência inesquecível. Saímos com vontade de voltar e recomendamos o Hotel Sonesta de olhos fechados.

Excellent location, possibility of 3 queen beds if traveling with teenagers.

We didn’t have to wait for shuttle service at all! We got out of luggage area and he’s already there holding the sign and helping with our luggage. Breakfast is the best so far we got with many options including gluten-free choices. Room and bathroom are very spacious. It’s just a short walk to the center square with many restaurants and shops.

El hotel es muy masivo, en el desayuno puede haber cuellos de botella por la demanda en cuanto a lugares y oferta de alimentos. No tiene calefacción. Ofrecen calefactores eléctricos si se requiere. El staff es muy amable y cordial. El restaurant es muy recomendable.La habitacion fue cómoda.

Excellent helpful staff. Well stocked breakfast included. Clean comfortable rooms. Only minus is at time of visit, the air-conditioning wasn’t functional. The climate of Cusco is pretty mild, so not a deal breaker.

el desayuno todo esta muy bien, solo que para algunos tours que empiezan desde muy temprano el desayuno esta más tarde y te tocaría comer lo mismo todos los días
