非常好，飯店服務也很棒

Good location. Staff are polite and helpful. Breakfast has lots of varieties and starts from 3:00am. Free airport shuttle bus service is an advantage.

The room is kind of outdated. Especially the bathtub, you can see some chip off. The front desk keeps calling asking for some arrival document which was already presented in the first place. Told her that I will return the call when available, but keeps calling, at 11pm. The breakfast was good even when they say it was a simple breakfast, between 3-5am. it was well above average.

It said 4 stars but it is not, the windows are very dirty, the water is leaking out when shower, but i have to say the service is very good

When we arrived at Cusco, we were stuck in Cusco because of the state of emergency in Peru. We appreciated that Sonesta Hotel allowed us to stay there during 14-day quarantine. They provided all we needed, specially meals and water. All staff is nice and helpful. They cleaned up the room every day. The speed of WiFi is fast. There is a market near hotel. It is very convenient place.

Nossa estadia no Sonesta Cusco foi perfeita. O café da manhã é espetacular — variado, saboroso e digno de cinco estrelas. Há opções da culinária local, iogurtes, bolos, tortas, sucos, detox, área sem glúten, omeletes e ovos feitos na hora, além de comidas quentes típicas, frutas frescas e muitos pães. Tudo impecável e de ótima qualidade. Recebemos um upgrade de quarto e ficamos em uma suíte imensa, praticamente um apartamento, com banheira de hidromassagem, sanitário e chuveiro separados, excelente área de pia, produtos de higiene de primeira, pantufas e roupão. O conforto é total, e a vista para a praça é linda. A localização é ótima: a cerca de 1 km da Plaza de Armas e em frente ao Mercado de Artesanias de Cusco, o melhor lugar para compras — preços excelentes, variedade enorme e possibilidade de negociar. Muito melhor que o Mercado de San Pedro ou as lojas da Artesanías Assunta, um caos. Os quartos são amplos e muito limpos, e a equipe do hotel é nota mil — atenciosa, gentil e sempre prestativa. Um dos motivos da escolha foi o fato de o hotel ter oxigênio disponível, essencial nos primeiros dias de adaptação à altitude. O serviço de quarto é ótimo, pratos deliciosos e bem servidos. O custo-benefício é excelente, e o Sonesta tem padrão de hotel cinco estrelas em Cusco. Recomendo totalmente!

This is the second year in a row that I have stayed at the Sonesta Cusco. I love the location. Stayed in an executive room with coffee and tea service on the same floor. The breakfast buffet has everything you could ever imagine; especially for being gluten-free. I would highly recommend it for anyone coming to the Cusco area.

The checking process was excellent and we were upgraded to a beautiful room with balcony view. The breakfast was great and they even surprised my wife with a birthday cake because it was her birthday.

Breakfast was a lovely selection of European and Peruvian food, which was all delicious. The room was spacious and clean and quiet. All of the staff are very friendly and welcoming.

Wow quel bel hôtel et le service était parfait. les chambre sont grande et les lits très confortable. Le restaurant sur place offre un très bon menu et le déjeuner et juste trop bon....wow. de plus ils prépare la salle a manger pour le déjeuner très tôt donc même si vous devez quitter tôt pour une activité vous pouvez vous prendre un petit quelques chose avant de partir. Le personnel est aussi exceptionnel. 5 étoiles c'est certain, je recommande sans hésiter.

El hotel está muy bonito. La atención sobrepasa lo solicitado. Las habitaciones muy buenas y el desayuno muy bueno, con comida Peruana, Al final nos llevaron incluso al aeropuerto. Está muy cerca del centro histórico. Mas o menos a unos 200 metros, del Quoricancha (espero esté bien escrito) Muy recomendable el hotel .
