We recently traveled to Cusco, Peru and stayed at the Sonesta Hotel Cusco, and our experience was excellent from start to finish. Upon arrival, the staff greeted us curbside, promptly retrieved our luggage, and welcomed us with a warm strawberry apple tea accented with fresh fruit pieces and tea cookies—a lovely and thoughtful touch. While we were still checking in, our luggage was taken directly to our room without us ever needing to request delivery. The room itself was spotless, and the housekeeping service throughout our stay was outstanding. The food was very good, and the service consistently attentive and friendly. Overall, the Sonesta Hotel Cusco provided a comfortable, well-run, and welcoming stay. We would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Cusco.

Good location. Staff are polite and helpful. Breakfast has lots of varieties and starts from 3:00am. Free airport shuttle bus service is an advantage.

The room is kind of outdated. Especially the bathtub, you can see some chip off. The front desk keeps calling asking for some arrival document which was already presented in the first place. Told her that I will return the call when available, but keeps calling, at 11pm. The breakfast was good even when they say it was a simple breakfast, between 3-5am. it was well above average.
