The hotel is well located closed to the historic center and Qoricancha where you can walk around the old town by foot. The hotel offers free airport pickup and dropoff service which is unique offer compared to other options in the area. The staff were very kind and the hotel was nicely equipped with clean and nice furniture and appliances including coffee makers, refrigerated, hair dryer, etc. Only one trouble was the noise coming from the hallway which woke me up several times whenever the cleaning staff or other guests spoke in the hallway.

공항에서 택시로 15분 거리이고 중심지에서도 10분 거리입니다. 접근성은 좋습니다. 직원분들도 친절합니다. 다만 객실 바닥이 잘닦지않아 조금 지저분했습니다. 그외 방도 넓고 환경은 좋습니다. 아침식사를 가는 날 새벽에 먹었는 데 계속 같은 음식을 주는 인상이었습니다. 음식이 신선하지 않았습니다. 그래서 배탈이 나서 며칠 고생했습니다.

Super convenient to everything. Great product.

Best complementary breakfast on our entire trip. Extremely convenient to transportation hub to get to Machu Picchu. Literally a five minute safe walk. The main plaza is right up the road. World Heritage site, beautiful, great vibe and filled with good restaurants.

This is a great property. The breakfast buffet was the best I’ve had in a hotel. The location was conveniently located and it felt completely safe.

I had a lovely stay here! We had a lot of excursions planned, so the early breakfast schedule was super helpful. The staff were all very friendly, and the hotel was well maintained. The city centre was also walkable, with lots of currency exchange spots nearby, plus great room service options if you didn’t want to eat at the hotel’s main restaurant. Their airport shuttle was also incredibly convenient. I would definitely stay here again when I return to Cusco!

Friendly staff and great variety of breakfast

Rua com muitas lojas, farmácias, cafeterias. Movimentada. Andando bem devagar (por causa da climatização) até o final (Praça das Armas), aproximadamente 23min. Café da manhã com imensa variedade inclusive “glúten free”. Chá de coca disponível. Pequena cafeteria na entrada e restaurante disponível. Quarto e banheiros confortáveis. 2 garrafas de água cortesia no quarto. Check in/out rápidos. Mimo da saída (chaveiro).

El hotel está ubicado como al inicio de la Calle del Sol, cerca hay unas tiendas de conveniencia y una feria de artesanías. Está a 15 minutos caminando de la Plaza de Armas, que es poco pero por ser subida y la altura puede ser pesado caminarlo el primer día. El hotel es muy amplio, los cuartos son bastante grandes y la propiedad está en muy buenas condiciones. Un par de días antes nos habíamos quedado en otro hotel de buena gama, que era una pequeña hacienda. Como los tours comienzan muy temprano (3-4 am) en el hotel anterior nos despertaba el ruido de la gente saliendo al tour en al madrugada o en la noche regresando tarde de cenar. En el Sonesta no tuvimos ese problema y dormimos excelente. Veía que varias personas de Cusco comentaban que no tenían agua caliente en sus hoteles, aquí no fue un problema eso y siempre tuvimos todas las comodidades. El restaurante muy completo para desayunar en el buffet y el personal sumamente amable y servicial.

Hospitality was amazing!!

Stay was good, except on the shower when I open the faucet, the water is initially brown. Also I was charged twice on my card as initially got an error on my 1st card then I used another 1 then both were charged. I am still trying to get answer from them.

Wow, this hotel is fantastic. It is a very fancy hotel, for a very reasonable price. It is close enough to all the hustle and bustle but not so close that you feel trapped by all the crowds. It exceeded our expectations in each and every category. The breakfast was, hands down, the best breakfast we have ever had at a hotel. The hotel room was large and spacious with amazing views. The bathroom was great. And the staff members were so good to us. I mean, you even have a doorman opening the door for you each time you go out or come in. You can tell that the staff members take pride in their job. We would highly recommend this hotel!

Stayed 4 nights at the Sonesta Hotel Cusco and overall had a great stay. The staff was very friendly and most spoke English, which was very helpful during my trip. The included breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of options, and the 24-hour room service was a nice touch after long days exploring. The dinner restaurant was okay as well, though it is an additional cost. The rooms were fairly standard/basic but clean and comfortable. I appreciated the housekeeping request card left in the room — I requested an extra washcloth and received it quickly. A couple things could be improved. My room window faced the hallway and although the glass had privacy covering, the blinds didn’t go down far enough, so hallway light would shine into the room whenever someone walked by. Luckily I had an eye mask, but this seems like an easy fix. I was also disappointed with the airport shuttle situation. One reason I booked this hotel was for the included shuttle service. Arrival pickup was excellent, but when departing I was told the shuttle was under maintenance and I would need to pay for a taxi myself. I understand maintenance happens, but I think the hotel should have arranged alternative transportation or covered the taxi cost since it’s advertised as an included amenity. Overall, still a pleasant stay and about a 15-minute walk to the city center. Bring layers — warm during the day but chilly at night!

It was ok. Not the best area to stay in Cusco. Kind of far from the town's Plaza de Armas.

The staff were super friendly. The free breakfast was awesome. Do many dishes to pick from. They have an airport shuttle, although we didn’t use it.

I booked this hotel last minute since my flight from Cusco to Lima got cancelled last minute and this was only a 8 min drive from my last hotel I was staying at before. Checking in was easy and got showed where my room was from bell services and the room was clean. I don’t like how noisy the rooms are next to you like I can constantly hear the people in the room next to me taking a shower, washing their hands at the sink, talking down the hall and so on but I was only here for one night so it wasn’t that big of a deal but if I was staying longer I would prefer it was quiet. I do like how they have free shuttle from hotel to airport and their free breakfast was amazing and had a variety of different things to choose from.

Great hotel! The staff is amazing. Good breakfast buffet. Excellent location near everything. The room was spacious and updated. The shower water pressure was not good and it was hard to control the cold/hot water. They also shut down the power from 11am-1pm when we checked out. That was an inconvenience. Same with the shuttle, they did not have a shuttle on Sunday until 5pm? Strange. Overall, a great stay, We would stay here again.

We came back to stay after our trek. We were greeted very warmly, the staff remembered us and even our coffee order at breakfast! They also offered a free shuttle ride back to the airport.
