All the staff in Burnham Suites Hotel are very friendly and approachable. We enjoyed staying there. I love how they do their job responsibilities. They are all excellent in their duties and responsibilities. I hope for them to continue all the best for their work and mankind.

Nice and reasonable hotel. Accessible to Burnham Park, restaurants, and downtown.

Location is really nice. Walking distance to Burnham Park (Night Market; Food stalls, etc.). With nearby fastfood chains and convenience stores. Room is also well-maintained and clean. You can still feel the cool breeze of Baguio as you are near the Orchidarium. Food is OK too. They have room service for busy business travelers like me.

Prime location, just a short walk away from Panagbenga festivities and Burnham. Check-in and check-out was a breeze, no complicated procedures. Room was good for its price. Breakfast tasted okay but can be improved. Wifi was good. Will stay again next time!

Service was excellent. The rooms was comfy and the extra bed was thick and not just a cot. Breakfast was not buffet style but it was filling. Will recommend this place to anyone who wants to go to Baguio, very easy to go around from here.

It was our first time to go to Baguio as a family with our 3 year old daughter and it was indeed a wonderful experience. From the room itself to the food! God, their food is so tasty! We didn't eat to other famous restaurant in Baguio as we order from them like during our whole stay!

Location is great as they are located at city proper. Room comes with Breakfast too so I don't have to worry about food before going to meetings. Parking is also not a problem.

Fast respons, the engineer and room service are very professional. Also the hotel are very flexible for total of the kids, since the room is very large size the staff considered us with 4 kids below 7yrs old.

The location of Baguio Burnham Suites is peaceful yet accessible to amost everywhere in Baguio. The room is huge and maintained. The floor plan is likely of a five-star hotel, even larger. The food served during breakfast was plated yet the portion is adequate. We had lunch, once. The back ribs and liempo were dishes that I would recommend. What I love the most is that they have a designated smoking area away from the crowd. With the temperature in Baguio, this facility that they have is what I appreciated the most. I appreciated their respect to smokers without harming other guests in the hotel. Only FEW in the country literally understood what EO26 is for. Few read the full content of this exceutive order and I commend this hotel for doing such. I commend the staff for effortlessly doing what customer service truly means. They simply know what they are doing and they really made our stay memorable. Thank you, Burnham Suites Hotel and thank you Traveloka for introducing Burnham Suites Hotel to us.
