Baguio Burnham Suites Hotel

I liked the view and the room was spacious. The internet was good. I had several issues with the air conditioning and TV. However, I don't regret the choice... Very nice place. I would stay there again.

The location of the hotel is spot on with its proximity to Burnham Park, popular restaurants, the markets and other must dos in Baguio. The service is good, rooms are cleaned adequtely, breakfast is hot and get the day started off right. The main issue is the hot water. The note in the bathroom mirror says recommends limiting showers to 10-15 minutes in order to have adequate hot water. Most people must ignore this because we had practically no hot water for a full week. It wasn't the end of the world, but would expect more from this type of accommodation. One note. Many of the units in this hotel are private residences that are rented.

Room size good but room very bad and in clean well and aunt every where

Clean and very convenient to all our activities. Friendly staffs and excellent service. I definitely recommend to family and friends. Taxi rides are not a problem at all and very close to shops and restaurant too

A very nice hotel with beautiful view of Burnham Park. Easy walking and transportation access to everything. Helpful friendly staff and a good free breakfast was included. Several Filipino celebrities were staying in the hotel while we were there and everyone was very nice. A clean, relaxing and comfortable atmosphere that I can recommend.

번햄공원근처라서 운동이나 산책하기도 좋았고, 시내 중심부여서 여러곳을 다닐때도 5~10분거리에 다 위치해서 좋았어요. 근처 피자, 졸리비, 마트가 있어서 쇼핑하기에 불편함이 없었고, 아시장, 맛집 다 좋아요 특히 메이플여행사가 근처에 사무실을 가지고 있어서 클락에서 바기오, 바기오에서 클락 이동은 벤으로 다 이동했고 비행기 시간에 맞춰 저럼하게 운행해서 넘 좋았어요~^^ 여러번 투숙했지만 호델 직원들의 써비스가 좋았으며, 가격대비 내부도 깨끗해서 좋았어요 우리 아이가 유학중이라 바기오에 자주가지만 가격이 저렴하고 불편함이 없어서 자주 애용~^^ 근처에 25페소만 내면 400미터 운동장 트렉이 있어서 운동하기에도 좋았어요~^^ 호텔에서 나와 번햄공원 돌고 운동장 트렉 5바퀴 돌면 1시간은 금방~^^ 필리핀 사람들이 운동하는거, 근처 군부대 군인들이 구보하는거 구경하는것도 덤으로~^^

손님이 많이없어서 분위기가 좀 쓸쓸했어요 아침식사는 줌 별로였읍니다 시원해서 잘잤어요 호텔앞에는 번햄공원이있어서 분위기가 좋았어요

The hotel is a bit dated, although excellent service. The staff are first class.. truly excellent. The hotel is in the center of town with everything within a short walking distance. This is a big plus with the traffic, one way streets and limited parking available. We will be staying there again.

Location is very good. Rooms are ok but Lots of bugs. Not enough toiletries.

I was on holiday and rode in on my bike, I was a couple hours early and was told that i would not be able to check in before 2 pm. When I was able to check in it was rather painless, and the person at the front desk helped me with my stuff to our room. When I got the to the room it was clean but rather hot due to the AC not being powered on prior entering the room. It took over 2 hours to get the room at a comfortable temp. The bed was older and also very hard to sleep on. They say that they offer WiFi in all rooms but that is not the case. There was no info for what the information on how to attach to the WiFi so I called the front desk and asked for the info. The front desk gave me the info and then terminated the call. I had to call back down to the front desk and let them know that it would connect to the Local Network but there was no Internet connectivity. the front desk person stated to me that she would have the Eng Dept look into it and call me back. I called back to the front desk many times for the status of the issue and was always told the same thing. never once did I get a call back and through out the entire stay I did not get WiFi. As for the rest of the stay and the room, well the CR was nice and the shower did have both hot and cold water. But due to the lack of caring from the hotel staff, I will not be staying at this hotel ever again. I have received better service from lower priced and lower ended hotels.

Nice location, across the burnham park.Staff are nice,n very helpful.clean room..will stay again next time i visit.

The best location service is great however the toilet flush was one of our main challenge while staying in this property. although the reception send someone to check on it after I inform it was not fully fix as well as the cleanliness on bathroom area was one of the challenge, towels were either worn or look like not been washed for sometimes although it was replenish daily its the quality of the towels.

部屋、設備ともにキレイで、係りの方の対応を親切です。ただ、付属のDVDプレイヤーが使えず、係りの方に聞いても、リモコンがないなどで結局使えませんでした。そこは残念でした。

c'est un hotel propre , moderne , bien situé , le personnel répond à vos demande 2 points noir : le petit déjeuner et le bruit extérieur , notamment la prière à 6h du matin dans l'église juste à coté

The staff were friendly and accommodating. But the facility, even when brand new, was not that great.

새벽에 도착해서 체크인. 친절한 직원이 고마움. 도로쪽 2층 방이었는데, 피곤했음에도 새벽에 다니는 자동차와 오토바이 소리가 시끄럽게 느껴진 것이 아쉬움. 낡은 호텔이지만 객실은 깨끗했고 시설도 나쁘지 않은 편. 아침식사는 3가지 종류 중에 하나를 선택. 평범한 수준.

바기오 중심가에 있고 바로 앞에 번함파크가 있어서 정말 좋았어요!! 아침 조식 시간도 길고, 조식 메뉴도 다양하게 있어서 입맞에 맞게 산책할 수 있어요.

We stayed for overnight. The hotel is short walk away from Burnham Park, Baguio Orchidarium, and Children's Park. There is a Tourist Center across the road. Staff was not that courteous. They will not greet you automatically when you meet them at the lobby or at the hallway. Security Guards are very prompt. Everytime I goes out of the parking lot, they immediately assist me in maneuvering and stopping the on going traffic to give way for me. Room was very spacious. I will surely comeback for another stay. Next time will be together with my kids.

Bad wifi, air con had power outage (luckily Baguio is cool weather)
