Lokasi di pusat kota, accessible ke mana-mana saja, di depan canal yang besar dan cantik. Kamar cukup luas, staff hotel sangat ramah.

Hotelnya nyaman, makanannya enak, pelayanan cepat, air hangat, teh kopi tersedia, sabun sampo tersedia, bersih, pemandangannya bagus, terus bisa titip bagasi sebelum waktu check in. Great👌🏻

Got early checked in, cookies, all the hotel staffs very nice, modern room, clean and spacious! Perfect location and surely will stay again!

The hotel was perfect. In terms of location, it is really close to the central station & within a walking distance to the city center. The rooms are also very spacious and comfortable. The staff are amazing, really nice and helpful. I needed to go to the hospital and they helped us getting the taxi and which hospital we should go to. My mother was sick and had an 18 hour flight on the night of our check out date and they gave us a complementary late check out until 15.00. Once again thank you very much!

I stay there for 4 nights; but the hot water is not working; I tell the receptionist and at lunch time they come to my room to fix it, and before that I need to showers at another room; they didn’t give me any complimentary at all (usually a famous hotel give me something if they are wrong; like upgrade the room but the price is the same) I’m so disappointed for the first day. I think they should improve their service. However, 2nd day-4th day there is no problem at all so overall its okay

Location: great. Central to everywhere. Just a walking distance to supermarket and chinnese floating boat restaurant service: great. Whatever we required, provided by the staffs with smile and speedy thank you
