It is very difficult to find connecting rooms in the city, but this hotel has them. The staff are okay, and the room is extremely comfortable, especially the bed, which is exceptionally cozy. The view is beautiful, and the location is very convenient, right next to the Eurostar train station. There are no slippers, comb, shower cap, toothbrush, or similar amenities in the room. They do have shower gel, shampoo and a hair dryer. Overall, it is a very comfortable hotel.

Staff very helpful and friendly, although front desk and reception area quite small and can get very busy. Shower water quite weak.

整體尚佳，飯店外景致不錯，離車站步行算近。不過，房間偏小，且衛浴設備設計不佳，乾溼分離的門無法密合，洗個澡弄得整間溼答答的。不知道是不是希爾頓的副品牌，感覺不出有希爾頓的水準。

A real shame. Not worth the money We are normally loyal Hilton customers, preferring to stay at their hotels when we travel. We normally stay at hotels 2-3 times per month. The room rate is £435 per night for a family room, a king size bed and two bunk beds. Location wise it’s perfect - right next to Centraal Station but that’s the best bit of the hotel. The room was extremely dark with the only windows looking onto an internal atrium. The air conditioning makes a lot of noise but doesn’t change the actual temp below 20 degrees Celsius (despite is saying 17 on the thermostat. We tried the setting both with and without the slither of a window open. The EDN restaurant in the ground floor is nice. The food was varied and not bad value £120 for a family of 4 including a bottle of wine. If you wanted to sleep past 7am however forget it. The cleaning staff have their store room/office opposite our room (Room 311). Everyone who enters or exits the staff room just let the door slam shut every 5 minutes waking us up and probably the whole corridor. This has continued from 7am until 7pm, EVERY day. So much for a restful holiday. We ordered room service on two occasions, on separate days using the online website. The order was easy with a good selection of items. You can pay with card at the time of ordering or charge the cost to your room. I paid on card both times. A lengthy investigation followed to prove I paid as the reception didn’t believe me. Be careful if you order!

Bien ubicado, muy cerca de la estación Amsterdam Centraal. Instalaciones limpias, personal muy amable. Se puede ir caminando a la mayoría fe las atracciones céntricas. La habitación amplia , limpia y cómoda. Hotel muy tecomendable! Terraza bar con vistas increibles (roof bar).

Convenient location, massive hotel, big size room and fantastic roof to bar

Excellent modern hotel in central Amsterdam n five minutes walk from central train station. It’s typical American style like a Sheraton. Not a lot of charm or character. Rooms are little small but perfectly comfortable for very expensive Amsterdam. Can walk to most places of interest in under thirty minutes. Recommend !

We stayed one night. Check in was excellent; staff were very helpful, room met all our needs. Couldn’t have asked for more.

The concierge was helpful about where to go and what we wanted. They even called our river cruise to see if we could board early

Top notch breakfast

Otelin lokasyonu mükemmel. Otel odaları ve diğer olanaklar gayet yeterli. Sadece oda da pencere olmaması havalandırma açısından biraz sorun yaratabiliyor. Pencere olan odalar tercih edilmeli.

Chambre correct,hotel tres bien placé et proche centre touristique. Pas le meilleur des double tree mais fait l affaire

Very dissatisfied. Room size smaller than my room on cruise ship. A/C in room did not work no matter how we adjusted thermostat. View from room was of other hotel rooms. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels and this was very overpriced for quality of room. Checking out to get bill copy was a complete "train wreck". No order or directions to make check out easier. I could have done express check out, but i wanted to see my bill to be sure it was correct. As a Hilton Honors member, I could not recommend this property to others.

Maravilloso hotel Gracis!!!

I was coming from a river cruise, and was told there was NO shuttle, so my choice was to pay for a taxi, or pull suitcase and carryon for 15 to 20 minutes along the river promenade. Not what I had expected.

There is a roof top bar on level 12. We stayed on level 8. The music was so loud it shook the room. They said they always have a Sunday night Party! We wanted good sleep for an international flight the next Morning. That didn't happen. The staff comped our breakfast which we DID NOT order!
