Amsterdam Centraal Station希尔顿逸林酒店

It is very difficult to find connecting rooms in the city, but this hotel has them. The staff are okay, and the room is extremely comfortable, especially the bed, which is exceptionally cozy. The view is beautiful, and the location is very convenient, right next to the Eurostar train station. There are no slippers, comb, shower cap, toothbrush, or similar amenities in the room. They do have shower gel, shampoo and a hair dryer. Overall, it is a very comfortable hotel.

Staff very helpful and friendly, although front desk and reception area quite small and can get very busy. Shower water quite weak.

整體尚佳，飯店外景致不錯，離車站步行算近。不過，房間偏小，且衛浴設備設計不佳，乾溼分離的門無法密合，洗個澡弄得整間溼答答的。不知道是不是希爾頓的副品牌，感覺不出有希爾頓的水準。

Our stay was good. The hotel was nice and clean and so was our room. The stay was only for a night since our flight was cancelled. The only things that we didn’t like was the fact that the shower wasn’t working. There was no pressure at all, we had to call maintenance to fix and it still wasn’t working after. Also the room service was absolutely terrible and way too expensive. I got a small pizza and my partner got a spaghetti which tasted like microwaved food. For the taste and the waiting time to get the food (which was 40 mins) it was not worth it. Other than that our stay was good.

Good hotel highly recommend.

La chambre était super très propre et assez grande. Le ménage était toujours impeccable chaque jour seul petit problème le wi-fi qui ne fonctionne pas très bien, mais tout le reste était parfait.

The room was clean, the bed was comfy and it had a fridge. You were provided with a kettle, tea, hairdryer, iron, ironing board and safe. But for a fairly newly refurbished room - it seemed behind the times and a poorly designed room, bearing in mind what’s available in much older Hilton Hotels. The TV was in an odd position to be able to watch it in and you couldn’t pair your Netflix account to the TV (channels were limited). Water pressure in shower was really poor, and despite being on the hottest setting, the water would take over 5mins to warm up. The wardrobe wasn’t big enough for two people for a three night stay (the ironing board and iron took up 1/3 of one side of the wardrobe which didn’t help). There was no socket near the mirror for hair appliances. I also keep getting emails about rating the breakfast in the hotel despite not having breakfast included or having breakfast at the hotel.

Friendly staff and nice breakfast. Perfect location, just a few minute walk from Amsterdam Centraal Station. Everything is good enough!

This is the 2nd time staying in the hotel, 1st time was better.

Best hotel breakfast every.

Excellent location close to shops and restaurants. The only feedback is aircon temperature could not be increased when temperatures dropped to -6 at nights.
