駅から近く、お部屋の広さ、清潔さ、全てにおいて大満足でした。

The location of this hotel is good to use public transportation. There’s a supermarket on the same street. I found many restaurants within 5 minutes walk. Very convenient in everything. About this hotel’s facilites, I didn’t find a information that the room I reserved was no bathtub. I wish I could have it.

休暇で利用しました。季節外れの温暖な週だったので、バルコニーのあるホテルに滞在したくこのホテルを選びました。最高に良かったです！セントラル駅から見えるほどの近さにありながら、ベイエリアに立地しているので車の音が大きくなく、窓を開けても心地良い都会の喧騒の音でした。バルコニーも広く奥行きもあり、南西向きなのでお昼からサンセットまで見ることができ、夜は星空を見ることができました。ほとんどの時間をバルコニーで過ごしアムステルダムの景色を堪能しました。ルームサービスも利用しましたが部屋付けが可能でQRコードが起動しなくてもオーダーする事ができました。ホテルの近くにはスーパーマーケットもあるのでとても便利です。ベイエリアの散歩も気分転換にとても良かったです。窓を開けると小さな虫が部屋に何匹も入ってきていましたが、蚊とかではなく特に何も害がないので気になりませんでした。部屋は思ったより狭かったのですが、その分、バルコニーが広く快適でした。バスタブとシャワーボックスのと分けられ、バスタブも広く香りの良いボディクリームも備え付けられていました。ランチ時間になるとレストランのテラス客の声が聞こえますが、外国語の会話で耳に入ってこないのでそこまで気にはなりませんでした。観光だけでなく、ホテルでゆっくりとしたい方にもオススメです！

This was my 2nd trip that I stayed at Doubletree for ADE. Its safe and convenient to transportatation and food. Will stay again in 2026!

Bed bug in my bed. Not much help was given . When we spoke to the front desk. They inspected our room after we left and provided us a report but I was very worried that it might lay its eggs in our belonging and I was so worried to take it back home with us.

The front desk staff was absolutely amazing. The bfast buffet in the morning was delicious I recommend stopping and trying it out if you have time. The room was spacious and felt homely. My only concern was that my husband and I thought we had a small roach in our bed but it turns out it was a BED BUG! I was so upset and unfortunately we did see it until the morning we have to leave. My husband went to the front desk to speak with someone and they didn’t do much to help and it was truly upsetting knowing now we could possibly have an infestation in our clothespin . I can provide a photo if needed.

Stay was fine. Did not like that front entrance was locked after a certain hour and side door was not easy to find. Also did not like that room had full rug. Wish it was flooring with an area rug.

The hotel’s location is unbeatable — just steps away from the train station, making it extremely convenient for exploring the city right after arrival. What truly made our stay exceptional was the friendly and helpful staff, especially Max at the front desk. After an 8-hour sleepless flight from Chicago, Max went above and beyond to expedite our early check-in, which was a huge help and very much appreciated. His warm hospitality set the tone for our entire stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and offered great views of the city. Overall, this hotel made our Amsterdam visit stress-free and enjoyable. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber. Top Lage des Hotels, nicht weit entfernt vom Bahnhof, aber dennoch ruhig und sicher. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal und sehr gutes Frühstück.

Everyone helpful and efficient. Room was clean and very comfortable with a nice view and available for us weary travelers several hours before check in time. Breakfast was outstanding!

When I arrived at the hotel, I had to remind the receptionist that my Expedia reservation specified a room on a high floor. He responded that there was limited availability and that the only room he could offer was on the ninth floor with a view of the railroad tracks. He also stated that if I wanted a better room, I would need to pay an additional fee of more than 100 euros per night. In addition to this issue, I went two consecutive days without receiving any room service. On the first night, when I complained, the hotel apologized and explained that they were at full capacity. Their solution was simply to send someone with clean towels and to collect my trash. The following day, the same situation occurred — my room was not serviced, and all the trash remained there. I was too exhausted that evening to even request additional towels. Once again, I feel that Expedia does not adequately defend its customers in these types of situations. I have reported similar issues to Expedia on multiple occasions, and although I am always told that my case will be escalated, I never receive any follow-up or resolution. This ongoing lack of response leaves customers with a negative experience, despite consistently choosing Expedia to plan our trips and placing our trust in your service. I sincerely hope that Expedia begins to listen to and support its customers more effectively so that travelers feel protected and valued by their travel agency.

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen sehr zentral in der nähe vom Bahnhof 5min. Das Hotel ist super ausgestattet. Es ist etwas ringhörig ansonsten alles tiptop.
