I was coming from a river cruise, and was told there was NO shuttle, so my choice was to pay for a taxi, or pull suitcase and carryon for 15 to 20 minutes along the river promenade. Not what I had expected.

There is a roof top bar on level 12. We stayed on level 8. The music was so loud it shook the room. They said they always have a Sunday night Party! We wanted good sleep for an international flight the next Morning. That didn't happen. The staff comped our breakfast which we DID NOT order!

Right in the center of town and extremely convenient to all forms of transportation, including Uber. Big difference from our last trip to Amsterdam will be walked 20,000 steps per day!

Habitación limpia, de buen tamaño. Personal muy agradable. Lo único que me gustó menos es que nos dieron una habitación para minusválidos, incluso cuando les comenté que no necesitábamos una habitación así. El problema de esta habitación es que tenía 2 camas en vez de una y la ducha era accesible por lo que no tenía una mampara para que el agua no saliera de la ducha.

Habitación limpia, de buen tamaño. Personal muy agradable. Lo único que me gustó menos es que nos dieron una habitación para minusválidos, incluso cuando les comenté que no necesitábamos una habitación así. El problema de esta habitación es que tenía 2 camas en vez de una y la ducha era accesible por lo que no tenía una mampara para que el agua no saliera de la ducha.
