Outdoor pool and jacuzzi and the view

It was amazing we felt comfortable and the staff was great we loved it overall.

it’s so nice peaceful and relax . what we love it’s the includes breakfast and buffet that’s amazing food it’s great . we can’t wait to come back

Todo esta bien.. que me toco la avitacion 102 al frente del restaurante y ala hora de bañarme en el hotel el baño no cuenta con puerta en la regadera el agua entra asia el area del sinc y de ay sale asta la avitacion .. y de ay un desastre me paso en la noche al bañarnos yo y mi pareja y yame al servicio d limpieza y solo dijeron ay nunca via pasado🙄🙄 y jamas volvieron estuve 3 noches y tenia q bañarme en 1 min para no inundar el cuarto.. de ay todo exelente

The area is safe and clean, views are beautiful. Neighbors look like they complain a lot though

Friendly environment and location

Standard room does not have air-conditioning, heating, mini refrigerator, or local ice availability, and no hairdyer, limited towels. Broken closet door knob. The roof was leaking. Nothing was being done about it. The "Welcome" margaritas are premixed. We ordered 2 margaritas & when we handed them the coupon we were told that "we ordered the wrong margaritas" that we should have told them we had a coupon so they would give us the premixed kind & not the natural kind. That's ridiculous! They were being cheap! Limited dining. Nachos were made with fake cheese. We thought they would be made with fresh cheese. The jacuzzi next to the infinity pool was not functioning. Apparently, it's been broken for a long time.

I love Las Rocas. It is our 2nd trip to the hotel and will come back again! Room is always clean, the roof for breakfast and dinner are always good. The chips and guacamole are delicious too. The one thing we had trouble with was the internet in our room. While on the patio it was perfect but sitting in bed was spotty. The tv’s are not smart tv’s so take your computer if you want to watch Netflix or something else. But I highly recommend Las Rocas.

It’s five in the morning and we cannot sleep. Water is dripping from above in the bathroom. Don’t know if anybody is at the reception desk yet, so we are waiting to get up and leave as soon as we can! Place needs to be updated! People are friendly ! The towels are gray , torn and dingy! Not very pleasent! Don’t think we are going back there again!

Lo que más me gustó fue la increíble amabilidad del personal. Desde el momento en que llegué, me hicieron sentir como en casa y realmente hicieron que mi estadía fuera especial. El servicio fue excepcional, siempre con una sonrisa y dispuestos a ayudar. Es algo que hace única a la propiedad. En cuanto a lo que no me gustó, honestamente, no hubo nada significativo. La amabilidad y el profesionalismo del equipo compensaron cualquier pequeño detalle.

Internet on TV is really bad. It stops every 30 sec. Lunch and Dinner food needs lots of improvement. Not too many options and they do not accommodate any requests.

It’s okay

Las Rocas would have been a truly great place to stay in the past. It still has the bones to prove it, but unfortunately, the lack of regular maintenance has transformed what was once a beautiful resort into just a “nice” place to stay. It definitely needs a list of repairs and updates to bring it back to its glory days. On the positive side, the food is good, and I truly enjoyed the spa experience—my pedicure and massage were excellent. The service in that area was professional and relaxing. However, there are several issues that left a negative impression: • The towels are worn and coming apart from lack of upkeep. • A fetid smell from untreated sewer water in the mornings. • The pool table had a muddied 9-ball, making it unpleasant to use. • Missing tiles on the steps and peeling paint in several places. • The bed was noisy, which affected rest. This combination of details, big and small, takes away from what could otherwise be a wonderful stay. Las Rocas remains a beautiful property with amazing potential, but it urgently needs investment and care to restore it. In short, it’s a hotel that leaves you torn: you may want to come back twice—once to enjoy what it still offers, and another time hoping it has been brought back to the standard it deserves.

Los edificios ya son algo viejos , la comida muy rica , la habitación cama cómoda, limpio, y las albercas bonitas ! El servicio del personal podría mejorar !
