Will return to this great place

While I reserved an ocean view room, I was placed in a ground floor room with a view of the palapa. People who came after us had better views than ours!

Dirty rooms, dirty patio, towels had a smell not coming back

The resort is very well kept, rooms were large and clean. Food was excellent. We will definitely return in the summer. Worth the price for the King room oceanfront.

The food was good; however, the rooms are very outdated. The bed was very uncomfortable, and there was water leaking from the roof, which took away from the overall experience. No center air or heating. The room was very cold.

Booking the hotel directly from hotel is cheaper than expedia, hotel is ok , no A/C , no cable or tv channels.

They need better customer service, not surprised by the rooms at all, Beautiful infinity pool in the back area of the hotel that we unfortunately were not able to enjoy as we visited in Dec and was it cold and no staff members were around to open the back pool bar . Many things they don’t mention when you book . I was not surprised by the area surrounding the hotel , they definitely need to improve ,many areas were closed due to not having enough staff or guest, they should still keep them open for other guest to enjoy . Breakfast was a bomb, the best and the private beach was beautiful. If you are considering staying at this hotel you must take a taxi if you want to explore.

second time staying here and we love it! rooms are always clean, nice views and staff is super friendly. we will be back in a few months

The personal at the check in window were rude and unfriendly. There was also a $100 last minute deposit that was not advertised. When I asked why, I was told a racing crew broke 24 tv’s the week before. The guy that escorts people to their rooms also has an angry and rude attitude. All other aspects of this resort are excellent, even the other staff and servers. Front window check in personal are horrible.

La limpieza en general 2-10 , en una de las camas de mi suite había manchas frescas y la llave del shower descompuesta , había hormigas en una la otra cama !

We had a great time only on the restroom we had a big spider on the top but everything else was great

Love the hotel, Pool and food.

Many of the amenities were broken the staff was amazing. They went above and beyond and were very attentive. Unfortunately, our bedding was filthy and we were unable to get fresh bedding in a timely manner and then when we did, we were only able to get two sheets and we were told that that were the last two on the entire resort.
