The friendliness of the staff and the beautiful views from every room make this place a win each time! Breakfast with a frontline view to the Pacific Ocean is a treat each morning. Note that the hotel is a little older and has some maintenance issues but you cannot beat the vibe and location, sipping on a margarita in the infinity pool. We’ve always found them to be very kid friendly as well.

The best thing about Las Rocas is the service! We were able to get acquainted with the server Jack and the bartender Luis. They were so hospitable and kind! They made my husband's and I time there much more fun! They cared that it was my husband's birthday and made it fun and special. Thanks to them, our experience was awesome!

2 pools and 2 hot tubs with a lovely view. Staff was extremely friendly and kind. Facilities are run down and low quality linens. Biggest problem was that there is no AC or Heat. Traveling in April, it was COLD. They didnt offer any space heaters or heating solutions other than a blanket. Do not book this property is traveling with those sensitive to the heat or cold (infants, young children, elderly etc.). Overall, staff was great but facilities could use some work.

I have been coming here for 20 years so I have an affection for this location. It is well kept, but not modern. the staff is so friendly and helpful! it is close enough to Rosarito, Puerto Nuevo and Ensenada to make eating and shopping and exploring great. There is no beach but there are tide pools and a spectacular view. The spa is small, but the hot rock massage is not to be missed!

Great customer service. Easy check in and check out. Good service at restaurant but food mediocre. Did not like how outdated the guest room is. Old bathroom with rust , mildew smell. Bed did not have fitted sheets. Blankets had a smell to them. Very little lighting in room and only mirror is the bathroom one. Nice that they have a bar with karaoke and dancing. Easy parking. Pool looked clean but too cold to go in.

The resort requires a massive renovation. Very outdated, rooms smell old, even the toilet seats look old. The room lock seems easily breakable, the light right outside room didn't turn on. I like that breakfast was included and the ocean front view.
