酒店外部和大堂环境还是可以的，很气派，房间面积也不错，但是住宿的舒适度比较一般，被套和床单很潮湿，室内有异味，对于一个五星级酒店实数不应该，希望改进

入住很慢，光等办理入住等了20分钟。 酒店整体清洁，地理位置良好。

員工很親切, 地點適中, 旁邊有購物中心及餐廳~ 整體而言服務及客房的空間與設計都有達到水準! 推薦給商務客及旅遊的朋友!

酒店给了我们一个升级的房间。看着比较大，设施新，安装的地方也比较合理。床垫不软不硬，正好比较舒适。下次还可以考虑入住。

房間浴室寬敞！有個很棒的躺椅！

訂房時是含早餐，但櫃檯check in 時卻說不含......... 後來拿確認單給櫃檯證明，才更正。

酒店的系统经常出问题，导致有时候入住信息有误

why hotel guests request to wear swimming hat? why your hotel expect the hotel guest will bring along their swimming hats during the vacation? Is it mean your hotel not welcome to the hotel guest to use your main facility.

Stayed couple of weeks there. Location, staff, property management all great. Couldn’t find anything bad to say. Highly recommended.
