It took four days to get extra bed for my 11year son as hotel said they are eating for Expedia to approve it , we paid full price ,call Expedia on arrival managed to connect midnight after one hour wait and was promised that bed will be provided in morning , spoke to front counter following morning but been told that there is no message from Expedia , third day spoke to hotel manager she said they do not have bed , sofa bed for three night three of us slept in double bed . Sofa in room was only fit up to 6 year child , I tried to sleeping e day on sofa and it was uncomfortable and I was feeling spring . On fourth night Got extra bed so out of eight night three night ruined . Rather than enjoying holiday I was stressed chasing Expedia and hotel . Got email on fourth day that Expedia rep will contact me in next 72 hours that is passed no one contact me yet . No apology from Expedia or Hotel.
