I asked many times to clean the room but never been cleaned up.

Căn hộ này quả là thuận tiện khi nó nằm ngay khu downtown với trạm tàu ngay phía trước và miễn phí sẽ giúp ích rất nhiều trong việc khám phá thành phố và khu CBD. Phòng ấm cúng, đầy đủ tiện nghi từ bếp nấu ăn, muỗng, đĩa, nồi, bình nước nóng, bàn ủi… và điều này thật sự tuyệt khi đi du lịch. Tuy nhiên, điểm trừ khá lớn ở đây đó là thang máy quá chậm khi nhân viên dọn phòng và khách hàng cùng sử dụng chung 1 thang máy (có 2 thang máy nhưng 1 thang đang bảo trì hư hỏng trong suốt quá trình tôi lưu trú 4 ngày ở đây). Phòng tôi ở tầng 2 nhưng tôi phải đứng đợi thang mất 20 phút mới có thang để lên phòng vì các bạn dọn phòng bận sử dụng chúng để vận chuyển đồ. Thêm nữa, nhân viên dọn phòng đã không đến dọn phòng của tôi trong 2 ngày và họ cũng không thay khăn tắm cho tôi trong 2 ngày này. Nhân viên lễ tân thì tuy có 3 người nhưng họ giải quyết vấn đề của khách hàng quá chậm (chỉ có 1 bạn lễ tân xử lý check-in/out cho khách, 2 người còn lại lo làm việc khác dù phía sau tôi vẫn đang xếp hàng đợi check in với 3 cái vali lớn và phía sau tôi còn 1 gia đình khoảng 5 người lớn 2 em bé). Ngày tôi đến nhận phòng, tôi đã phải đứng xếp hàng đợi hơn 30 phút mới tới lượt tôi dù trước tôi chỉ có 2 khách. Ngoại trừ 2 điểm tệ này ra thì mọi thứ còn lại đều ok và ổn ở đây. À, tuy thêm nữa bạn nhân viên nữ checkin cho tôi rất nice và dễ thương khi đã cung cấp cho tôi vài lưu ý và điểm vui chơi, tham quan gần chỗ ở (tôi không nhớ rõ tên của bạn, chỉ nhớ bạn là người châu Á, dáng cao và khá dễ thương).

The location is superb, however the room is rather small. Fortunately, it is well ventilated with big windows.

Good value for money. This is a good place to stay in Melbourne CBD amid the living cost crisis. Can't find a better option at this price range.

Hotel ini sangat strategis, transportasi mudah, dekat kemana mana.

Room cleaning nya tidak bersih, malah karpet yang tadinya lumayan bersih jadi kotor seperti ada sisa-sisa tissue. AC/Heater kotor, waktunya di cuci. Selain itu oke saja, lokasi bagus. Karena dekat dengan stasiun trem.

We'll run hotel. Nice & clean. We paid extra for the convenience of overnight parking. Great location. Would recommend.

Have a construction work next door woke me up 7am. the whole stay. By night my next door a group of Indian girls in and out the room more than 5 times and shouting talking very loud noise between 10-11pm. The last day l face them told them you are not stay by yourself l stay here too so please down your voice.

While location was good, clear instructions not given on entry to car park. A resident had to tell us how to get in. Parking fee was A$25. Asked front office staff if other parking available outside but he was not helpful. Later we found street parking was available for free after 6pm. Apartment was small for 4. A single bed was placed in the lounge right next to the kitchenette. A refundable deposit of $100 required on check-in. No one picks up the phone when you call.

Good location but reception not kindness

We stayed here for six continuous weeks, and found our stay really comfortable. The room was cleaned daily, towels changed, so everything was always clean. Perfect location just two blocks away from Melbourne Central, near to various supermarkets for easy grocery shopping. Staffs are always helpful. We had a great stay!

Fantastic location, friendly staff, great service.

My stay was awesome. Clean room. The hotel is near the cbd. But the highlight of the stay is the staff. They are so nice, they let us check in early and they are very helpful. For the money that we spent, it surely worth it.

Tram station is right in front of the hotel. Not far from free tram zone. Kitchen utensils are complete, including microwave, knife, plate, etc.
