Arrow on Swanston

The apartment is small but does the job and looks a little tired. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were flat. The hotel did give another 2 pillows when asked and they were ok but not great. Doona thin but ok. Aircon works. Small balcony but can go outside. TV did not work and was not repaired or replaced so don't expect to watch it. Overall great location and great shower.

The room was dirty, not what it looked like in photos. Beds uncomfortable. Main bed two singles pushed together. Definitely won’t go back. Bad communication from reception on arrival.

The room didn’t match the photos at all. It was run down and very small. There were cockroaches in the bathroom and the tiles were moldy. We were supposed to stay 4 nights but checked out after 1

The property was definitely not what I expected from a ‘deluxe’ two bedroom apartment but it is also priced low because of this. It is very compact but our family of 2 adults and 2 kids fit comfortably. The room was clean but we did find cockroaches perhaps from the hallway. The property is a dorm like layout and there was a very heavy stench of curry in the hallways. It was so strong every time we opened our door. One of the elevators was out of order the majority of time we were there. The convenience of having the tram directly outside was beautiful and it was only a few stops away from Melb Central.

It suited our needs at the time and was only for 1 night, but the surrounding streets were a haven for drug use/abuse overnight and this could be heard in the apartments which was a bit disconcerting. As a result, we would not stay again.

Spend th extra money and stay elsewhere. No issues with any of the staff, they were lovely but the property is in major need of a good clean and renovation. On arrival the room we were given absolutely stunk, it went away after a few days. The tiny kitchen area the floor was sticky. The carpet was

You get what you pay for. The bed was very uncomfortable, very soft. The pillows were rock hard. The place would of been perfect for our short stay if only we could sleep!
