房间很大，非常棒的体验，下次必选

There was bad smell in the room, staff explain it may be smell of water and "gold" exchange.

Few minutes to metro station, the suite is clean, comfortable, just like a home. Daily cleaning service is also provided, much better than an apartment.

This is an amazing experience. I booked the junior suite but i got free upgraded so my room was very very big. The decor in the room was nice and beautiful. The receptionist and the waitresses in the lounge were friendly, hospitable and cheerful. They gave us free welcome drinks which were very sweet of them. The terrace was lovely as the view was beautiful. It is such a pity that it was chilly or else I would have spent more time in the terrace. The hotel is almost perfect except that water could not go down the sink in the kitchen. Still, I highly recommend this place as it is so cozy and comfortable. I am thinking of coming back again!

房間非常整潔, 裝修亦十分豪華, 服務員態度一流, 亦耐心替我介紹馬德里市的觀光熱點。地點亦與地鐵站非常近, 方面。房間wi-fi訊號亦十分強。極力推薦

酒店位置绝佳，拥有家庭般的优质装修及休息环境。美中不足的是热水供应不是很持续而充足，网络时长无法接通。除此之外非常完美。特别是服务员亲切友好又得体。

飯店職員全部都非常親切友善。如果你喜歡逛馬德里的博物館，住這裡就對了！三大博物館都可以舒服地散步前往。飯店設施完善、清潔；不要錯過6樓的天台小餐廳，在露台喝點小酒看黃昏天色的變化，是旅途中最寫意的時刻。

The room was clean and large with two separate bedrooms. The king size beds were VERY comfortable!!! The roof top has beautiful views. This is a great location to everything.

Todo muy bien. Exactamente como lo muestran en las fotos. La limpieza impecable. Van dos veces que me quedo en este hotel y repetiría una tercera vez.

Great smooth experience! From the start was greeted and felt welcomed not just me but my whole family. We really enjoyed it here! Breakfast was good ! And we enjoyed the location ! Would definitely come back !

The hotel listing images were not close to what the rooms actually look like. Our room had a moisture smell to it. The racks in the bathrooms where the towels were, were dusty.

The room was clean and staff were very helpful! The place was perfect for our needs, located in the heart of the city and within walking distance of everything we wanted to see.

Location is great but room is poorly conditions. Furnitures are broken, door jams and cabinet door nob is also broken. It desperately needs an update.

4,5성급 호텔만큼의 청결한 객실은 아니었지만 만족스럽게 지내다 갑니다. Banco de Espana역에서 가까워 이동이 정말 편리했고 버스정류장도 가까워서 Bernabeu 로의 이동도 좋았습니다. 프라도 미술관은 도보로 갈 수 있었고 레티로 공원은 아쉽게도 문을 닫아 방문하지 못했지만 역시 도보로 이용이 가능합니다. 객실에서 불편한 점은 바로 바로 처리해주셨고 웬만한 식기 및 조리도구가 구비되어 있어 편리했습니다. 세탁기와 건조대가 있어 빨래가 용이합니다. (건조기는 없음) 테라스가 궁금했는데 조식서비스는 이용해보지 않았습니다. 4인가족의 관광객에 아주 적합한 곳입니다!

El piso 2 está perfecto !!!!

La primera vez que fuimos nos tocó en el piso 2 y todo estaba perfecto; Regresamos a la semana y nos tocó en el piso 6 y no nos gustó nada 😩

Ambiente espaçoso! Senti falta apenas de ter pelo menos sal na cozinha e algumas pods de lavar roupas. Tive que comprar no mercado e nao se vendem poucas quantidades. Seria elegante ter um pouco a disposição do hóspede.
