There was bad smell in the room, staff explain it may be smell of water and "gold" exchange.

Few minutes to metro station, the suite is clean, comfortable, just like a home. Daily cleaning service is also provided, much better than an apartment.

This is an amazing experience. I booked the junior suite but i got free upgraded so my room was very very big. The decor in the room was nice and beautiful. The receptionist and the waitresses in the lounge were friendly, hospitable and cheerful. They gave us free welcome drinks which were very sweet of them. The terrace was lovely as the view was beautiful. It is such a pity that it was chilly or else I would have spent more time in the terrace. The hotel is almost perfect except that water could not go down the sink in the kitchen. Still, I highly recommend this place as it is so cozy and comfortable. I am thinking of coming back again!

房間非常整潔, 裝修亦十分豪華, 服務員態度一流, 亦耐心替我介紹馬德里市的觀光熱點。地點亦與地鐵站非常近, 方面。房間wi-fi訊號亦十分強。極力推薦

酒店位置绝佳，拥有家庭般的优质装修及休息环境。美中不足的是热水供应不是很持续而充足，网络时长无法接通。除此之外非常完美。特别是服务员亲切友好又得体。

飯店職員全部都非常親切友善。如果你喜歡逛馬德里的博物館，住這裡就對了！三大博物館都可以舒服地散步前往。飯店設施完善、清潔；不要錯過6樓的天台小餐廳，在露台喝點小酒看黃昏天色的變化，是旅途中最寫意的時刻。

The rooms were clean and comfortable. We didn’t try the breakfast so I can’t comment on how it was. The location was great: quick drive to airport, lots of attractions in walkable distance, however because it’s pretty central it was a bit noisy at night but we were fine with that.

Excelente ubicación, habitaciones muy amplias y limpias, reservamos de 2 habitaciones, sala, cocina comedor lavandería, personal amable, desayuno rico opción saludable, es la segunda vez que nos hospedamos ahí, lo recomiendo 💯💯💯

El baño, no estaba limpio! Y aparte por querer usar el sofá cama , no dejaron, hubo q poner y pagar cama adicional

Room could use an update and thought it was clean until I found a dead cockroach in the kitchen.

The Boutike Cibeles was great. We had the two bedroom apartment which was large, lovely and a very comfortable place to stay in the heart of Madrid, within walking distance of so many popular destinations. The bus to and from the airport is very close and convenient.
