There was bad smell in the room, staff explain it may be smell of water and "gold" exchange.

Few minutes to metro station, the suite is clean, comfortable, just like a home. Daily cleaning service is also provided, much better than an apartment.

This is an amazing experience. I booked the junior suite but i got free upgraded so my room was very very big. The decor in the room was nice and beautiful. The receptionist and the waitresses in the lounge were friendly, hospitable and cheerful. They gave us free welcome drinks which were very sweet of them. The terrace was lovely as the view was beautiful. It is such a pity that it was chilly or else I would have spent more time in the terrace. The hotel is almost perfect except that water could not go down the sink in the kitchen. Still, I highly recommend this place as it is so cozy and comfortable. I am thinking of coming back again!

酒店位置绝佳，拥有家庭般的优质装修及休息环境。美中不足的是热水供应不是很持续而充足，网络时长无法接通。除此之外非常完美。特别是服务员亲切友好又得体。

飯店職員全部都非常親切友善。如果你喜歡逛馬德里的博物館，住這裡就對了！三大博物館都可以舒服地散步前往。飯店設施完善、清潔；不要錯過6樓的天台小餐廳，在露台喝點小酒看黃昏天色的變化，是旅途中最寫意的時刻。

Excelente ubicación en Madrid. La suite estaba limpia pero está un poco fea su decoración y olía un poco mal, como que los inquilinos anteriores habían cocinado algo muy condimentado y estaba muy impregnado el olor. Muy buen servicio. Muy buen tamaño.

The hotel’s location is excellent and was definitely the highlight of our stay. The staff was friendly, professional, and provided great service throughout our visit. However, the hotel is in urgent need of renovation. The rooms feel outdated, the beds and furniture need to be replaced, and the bathtubs are inconvenient and potentially hazardous, especially for older guests or anyone with limited mobility. Overall, I would recommend it for its excellent location and attentive staff, but the facilities need a significant upgrade to match guests’ expectations.

The location is excellent. Located centrally in Madrid, easy access to shops, restaurants and bars. Yo can get brunch before you start your day in Madrid for a reasonable price. I will go back and stay at Cibeles again.

Nice property. Rooms were spacious and clean. They have a really nice rooftop you can go sit in morning or evenings looking out over the city. Very well located too! Would return!

Friendly and helpful staff!!! , but a space I would only recommend if you’re traveling in a large group—as it does sleep 6, and that’s difficult to find in such a central location. That’s the only situation in which I would call the price reasonable. For what it cost, the space feels quite worn down. The fabrics I’m sure are essentially clean but don’t look it. Everything was quite old and from an era when black and silver furniture must have held some cache. My family says the beds were quite hard but I was too tired to care. I was most disturbed by an Unfortunate rotting onion smell in the evening. We were only there that one night, however, and at the end of a long trip. I don’t doubt we were picky as this was our most expensive accomodation (per night) and least comfortable or attractive.

Muy buena habitación amplia con clima y con baños suficientes para 5 personas y excelente ubicación la verdad cuando terminen con los trabajos que tienen en la calle es una excelente propiedad

Muy cómodo lugar, desayuno muy cómodo y suficiente, Como observación solo siguieron cuidar mantenimiento de baños y más limpieza en los mismos.
